Firstly the salon itself is great, really well staffed and a friendly environment. But, specifically Michelle punch is great. I went a couple days ago to get my hair dyed. I had shown her a reference photo and my hair came out even better than the photo. She was super sweet and aware of what I wanted. Definitely going to go ask for her again next time I go! 10/10

Michelle Punch is awesome.The haircut she did far exceeded my expectations. This was my first time to see her and she just knew exactly what style I needed. So much volumn and such a cute style. I will definitely be seeing her for all my hair needs.Thanks Michelle for the outstanding job you did.

I went here for the first time today for a haircut and color. I had very long hair and wanted to get rid of the damaged parts that were very frizzy and unmanageable. I was very nervous since I wanted a drastic cut, but Melissa was amazing and talked me through everything she was doing. She listened to the type of cut and color I wanted and took the time to make sure I was comfortable and getting the exact look I wanted. Everyone there was extremely nice and laidback. If you're looking for a place to get a great haircut/color, definitely go here.

In my opinion my hair was just a fast and easy couple bucks, the product was just thrown on my hair with no type of technique. I sat for only 30 mins unheated with a 40 volume bleach mixture( which is HELL on your hair). My hair looked better before coming to this very unpleasant salon. My hair was turned into a complete nightmare. Shannon Pech tried to convince me a thousand times prior to leaving that it "looked good", which it didn't. I had to go to another salon right afterwards to get it toned, because she said "it cant be toned just get this purple shampoo" and rushed me on my way. How is that a professional service that someone should pay for?? I had to get someone to temporarily fix her errors right before Thanksgiving, in which they were shocked at the outcome she gave. Talk about a very unpleasant, unprofessional experience??? Letting someone leave the salon looking like I did?? I wouldn't have even known how bad it truly looked until I walked into the other salon and given a flabbergasted look at how my hair looked. I cant believe and how rude and disrespectful Shannon was when I asked for a refund for the service's I received. If you are looking for a salon that has talent I would NOT recommend Attitude Salon.

Didn't even get inside. Knocked on the door since it was locked and the hair dresser looked over. Didn't give us a "one minute" finger or anything. Called as we could clearly see her standing there and no answer of the phone neither.

Friendly atmosphere and excellent service make Attitude my preferred salon. I travel almost an hour to see the stylist there. Absolutely recommend.

Worst experience EVER! After messaging back in forth with Dawn via Facebook and her convincing me to let her do some type of thinning technique on my daughters hair, we made an appointment. My daughter HAD long thick, wavy beautiful hair. Dawn told me that this would not make my daughters hair frizzy or take away from the length(we requested 2 inches cut) After coming home we notice that one whole side underneath my daughters hair was chopped off, something you couldn't see unless the hair was pulled up. Obviously she messed up but didn’t say anything. I gave it a week before reaching out to her, time for me to calm down. After hearing my almost 10 year old cry everyday about her hair, I finally messaged her. She was rude, defensive, and dismissive and implied that either we or my daughter chopped her hair, and that there are cameras all over the salon…. WHAT??!! Pull the cameras then and let everyone watch you ruin my daughters hair, what a joke! This lady is definitely in the wrong profession and customer service is NOT her strong suit by any means. If this lady is representation of Attitudes Salon and the way that they do business, STAY AWAY.
