I love Astou and her sister, Astou has been braiding my hair for almost two years and never has she done a style that I wasn’t satisfied with, she will continue braiding my hair and she is always ready too do what she was called to do…. Keep up the Great work because I shall continue to allow her hands in my hair and oh yes she does have growing hands. I love you guys from the heart. Braids as well as sewing match my standards and she is quick with it!

Paid $100 dollars for a sew in brought my own hair for her to only play with my intelligence.... I had to come home and do my own hair HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service & on top of that when I asked her to fix it she tried to send me to the hair store with $2 dollars to get hair glue.... I WILL NEVER RETURN to this establishment.... & it's dirty ????????????

I was in a rush and wanted a basic style for me and my daughter so I googled this place. For one the braids were not even neatly done and the fact that my edges and kitchen was still out was horrible . I sucked it up because I had somewhere to go but I took it out the next day . They don’t even take cards what business in 2021 doesn’t take cards but she did have cash app I just think that’s unprofessional and the braiding job was horrible for 40 a price

I visited the shop to get box braids. My hair is short, and her cards specify they can braid any length of hair. I gave 2 stars because she was quick and the braids were neat but had to return for a touch up, maybe a month later because with my hair being short, the braids were too big and they started to slip out. I asked how much and she quoted me $60. I had already paid $180 initially. After She finished she then said this style is usually $80 but it’s ok and since Saturdays are her busy day I needed to call her first. I watched the clock and she took exactly 40 minutes on my hair and there was only one other person there. I was confused as to what she meant by this style when all she did was rebraid the outer perimeter of my head. I politely gave her the $60 and left. I feel that she didn’t want to do a touch up saying Saturday was a busy day…Um aren't I in a braid shop. Anyway I will be looking for another hair braiding shop who respects their craft and the client.

Worst experience ever, I was told to come 8am I got there at 7:45am there was no one there at 8am the lady didn’t get there until 8:15am. I am not pleased with my hair the micros braids are super loose less than 24hrs. The braids are uneven. I spent $170 for micros and I brought my own hair and my hair ended up looking a mess. Not worth the money and time for my hair to not look right. I reach out to owner the next after noon and she said she would calm be back later that evening but never did.

Do not have good time management they gave us an appointment to be there at 1:00 for crochet braids for my daughter then when I call an hour prior and ask if that was still good they told us come at 3:00. Got done at 3:00 she got done with the girls head she was on but took another lady in front of us and then there was another lady after that one before us so basically wasted our time sitting there for 30 minutes!!!

My hair was rushed I asked for box braids, the parts were crooked and sloppy gave them a second chance after my first disappointment, and granted they did well with two feed-in braids. So I tried box braids never again will they get my money
