Lee was kind, and genually cared what my nails looked like as an end result. She took her time with me regardless of all the customer traffic coming in and out. One small cut on my pointer finger which is a bit swollen today (the day after the service) but in all fairness, she had quite the task transforming orange nails to plain french tips. She did a fabulous job and I will definitely be visiting her again, very sweet lady!

Read the reviews before you go! Had my nails done a week and 2 days ago. Over the weekend the nails started to lift and one popped off. I called to have them redone. Kim who answered the phone told me that I worked to hard and that dips don’t last long, maybe a week! Come back on 2 weeks and they will fix it. They only Guarantee them for 7 days. They did make me an appointment and when I went, Kim was very rude along with the other lady that was there, raising their voices at me. The owner ended up fixing two of my nails, he was nice, however I will not go back there. Totally unprofessional and do not do nails well at all.

I went in to get my nails done today and it was my first time ever getting my nails done. i was nervous because i didn’t want them to look bad, i was definitely right. the lady who did them was very nice but the nails are not what i asked for at all. i asked for coffin nails and they are very square, even a little flared out on some of the tops. some of them are uneven or crooked and you can see through all of the nails to. i asked for a simple little heart on my middle finger and the heart is more than half the size of the nail. the acrylic is also very thick, i thought it was supposed to be like that until i saw pictures of what they were really supposed to look like. i’m so upset because i have homecoming tonight and have no way to fix them before. im going to have to try and fix them myself or rip them off. i know people are gunna say i should’ve said something but, like i said, i’ve never gotten my nails done before. i didn’t know if they were going to be filed again, painted over again, etc. i’m a 16 year old girl, i have no clue what to even say. i’ve honestly just wasted 50 dollars and an hour of my time. i’m literally just so upset.

So, the two stars are because I’ve been here before and had a good experience and the overall pedicure part wasn’t bad this time, however the water to soak was very cold and I mentioned that, but he’d ready filled it so much the hot water addition didn’t do anything so I soaked in cold water and it’s freezing outside. As seen in the photo though this time the nail polish was horribly applied and is already chipping. I also got a regular manicure, and there’s no lotioning or anything other than just literally cutting your nails and painting them. And, that nail polish is chipping already, too. (I don’t like gel or anything as I already have weak nails, so. Also, I am leaving this review next day.) I feel really bad leaving this review, but I felt like I was bother more than relaxing.

Service was good. Tran did my pedicure which was totally awesome. He was awesome.I felt shorted on my nails by Kim. When I have had them done before at other places, they dremnel down after the acrylics are done beneath the nail. This was not done. I left with thickened nails and glue on my fingers.I will give her another chance. She was super nice.

This is my go to nail place and I’ve always been happy with the work I’ve had done but I was so disappointed in the dip fill I got yesterday. It was so thick and uneven. I simply asked to have my nails squared off a bit and I was told that I didn’t have enough nail to work with even though there was more then enough.

I went to the original location behind smittys and I didn’t recognize the young girl who did my nails. She was kind although she took a few personal calls while doing my nails. Disregarded my simple request to just square off my nails that were plenty long enough for it and then left my nails very lumpy and uneven. She even changed me 50 dollars my dip fill.

I went home and spent over an hour filing them down and painted over them because I couldn’t bare to keep them like that. I’m so disappointed!!

They aren’t what I exactly wanted in the picture I had better experiences with them and I’m going to get them redone today and hopefully they turn out better also I put my nails compared to the picture inside the photos
