Cyndi did my hair for the wedding. Some of my bridesmaids also went here as well. They were very prompt and accomodating for us, especially during this covid time. Here are a few pictures of Cyndi doing my hair. (She isn't completely finished). I also brought a hair peice for her to incoporate in as well. I was extrememly happy with how my hair turned out. I sent a picture in, and she got pretty darn close to what I wanted. I highly recommended using them to do your hair for anything.

Maxine is my stylist, and I have been seeing her for 9 years. She is super sweet and extremely skilled at what she does! She always listens to what I want, and takes care to do it just right. I would let her do whatever she wants with my hair though, she's just that good. I always get pixie cuts too, so if you're looking for the right salon for a good pixie, this is your place! The rest of the stylists are amazing as well, and are all very friendly. She and the rest are great with kids too, as I take both my girls in for cuts when I go in. Very professional, and clean salon. I'm always receiving compliments on my hair while I'm out, even up to 6 weeks after the cut! Highly recommend Arrow Salon!

Absolutely the best salon, hands down! Jason is always friendly when I walk in the door, greeting me with a smile (through his mask). Maxine and her staff have always treated me, and my family, with respect and friendship every time. We’ve been using Max for almost 11 years now and I wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere! She has three generations of my family and always takes her time with us, making sure we are happy before we leave. She’s a great educator with the girls she mentors. The salon is always clean. With all the blows of covid, the staff have maintained compliance with sanitation and face coverings. Nicole is the absolute sweetest and I always love visiting with them when we have hair day. Jason checks us out before we leave and make sure we have our next appointment booked and wishes us well as we leave. What an amazing place! They’ve truly become family and I really enjoy hair day because of them! Would definitely recommend!!

I've been going to Maxine for the last 15 years. She is always up with the trends of hair and even better the healthiest way to get you to your hair goals. She loves sharing her knowledge and expertise with her staff and clients. I have been in the chair of a lot of her staff and would trust them the same as I trust Maxine with my hair. I love the atmosphere she has created in her salon where you can openly consult with the stylist what you want, and then relax in knowing you will be listened to and leaving with hair better than you can imagine.

I could not recommend them enough! Cyndi was my lady both times I was able to get an appointment and she was amazing! She did such an amazing job when I went to dye my hair pink a few years ago. For my wedding we did not have a hair stylist but she helped figure out a bang style, hairdo, and toned my hair to make sure I looked my best. I am so thankful for this salon and their stylist who put some much attention and care into their clients!!!

I have been getting highlights in my hair for the last 15 years by the same hairstylist in New York. Three months ago I moved to Pensacola and had no idea who to go to or who to trust to do my hair and be able to match the color. I have dark hair and dark skin. I was getting a blend of highlights which I loved back home. After much research and reviewing reviews- I chose to see Kimberly Keller because she had stellar reviews. After seeing her I have to say the reviews were spot on. She comes with amazing experience. She was able to look through my hair- figure out what my old stylist did and was able to replicate it. She also educated me on so many things that I never had heard of when it came to hair color and hair maintenance. I highly recommend her.

I’ve been a client of Maxine for 6 years and she is a truly talented hair professional. She takes the time to listen and educate her clients. Jason always greets me with a warm welcome and makes sure I have my next appointment before I leave. The salon uses only the best color and hair products. I personally experienced a transformation of damaged hair to healthy hair when I first became a client of Maxine. Recently, I’ve had issues with thinning and hair loss and not only did she recommend a shampoo/ conditioning masque that has helped tremendously, she takes the time to look at the ingredients of any new product I bring in (to help with hair growth) and provides advice as to whether it would damage and/or help with hair growth. She is an EXPERT and really knows a lot! I have been so happy as a client over the years and I would highly recommend Maxine, Nicole, Leilani or any other stylist at Arrow Salon. They are all amazing and any new client would be very pleased with their hair transformation.

I’ve been coming to Arrow Salon for about two years now and Maxine has been doing my hair. Every time I leave her salon I’m more and more impressed, she spends time listening to me and always knows the best plan for my hair.
