Wish I could give no stars.. made appointment for 12 and she took a walk in before me; then the other girl had to wash my hair and set me under when I asked not to for the other girl to take another walk in and till not do my hair. If you are not Spanish DO NOT GO!
The relaxer application was quick pretty painless and even the rule is set I was out with everything out in 3 hours even though I was waiting to get blow hair blow dried after the rose came out very nice and Arlene is is a sweet woman
Horrible experience, I went there to get a blow out and everything seemed ok at first. They told me that I could keep my hair in that style for 2 to 4 weeks with no maintenance. 10 days later I decided to wash my hair. My hair started to fall out in clumps In the shower the texture of my hair had changed completely. This was the most traumatizing experience. I went there immediately and show them the never ending hair falling out and they said I must of done something to it. From the day I got my hair done to when I washed it I did nothing but wear a silk bonnet at night. I then asked for my money back and owner refused. I do not recommend this place at all. They made a mistake and would not even try to help fix it, now all the hard work that I put in taking care of my natural hair is down the drain, and I have to pay someone else to cut my hair short so that it can be even at least.
I love the way my hair feels and looks after Dania does it, she understands how to treat it and the end result is amazing, recommend Arleny,s for Hispanic hair ❤ care. Not everyone knows how to treat and care for latin hair (hispanic), she is perfect.

I just moved to the area, found this salon on line with " great reviews".
I was told I didn't need an appointment when I called. I got there at 1:30pm the lady that was supposed to take care me told me she was hungry and that another lady would do my hair. They didn't attend to me until 3:30pm. They use cheap shampoo and conditioner. My hair is very wavy and I love my curls. I Asked the young lady if she knew how to work with my kind of hair and of course she said yes. All i needed was a trim on my ends. I have never cried so much. This young lady took one part of my hair and snipped every curl. I trusted her, I thought she knew what she was doing after all she is the "professional". It took her probably 5 minutes and four snips and all my curls were gone, my hair was medium length. I can see and feel the back of my neck, where there was hair once. I have never felt so violated to let someone destroy my hair the way she did. I walked out of there with a mushroom mullet on my head and tears on my face. Unless you're not going to get a blowout like most people in there were getting done, save your hair and do your research!! I paid $102 else where to get my hair manageable. I look like an old Shirley Temple
I was very worried I could not get done on new years Eve without an appointment. They said not needed. Walked in got on a very long list. Expected to be there all day but that was not the case. Love their system. One washes, one sets the hair then one styles. I went in with tight curls and left with pin straight hair. No chemical straightener used... Just pure talent.

I’ve been coming to this salon for almost 10 years now , they do an amazing job at all the hair treatments , styles and colors they do. Best salon in the area hands down . They give you advice on what they think is best for your hair . Deidania and her sister Maribel take very good care of their clients , highly recommended!
Very efficient,quick and got my hair looking very healthy. I was going to one hairdresser for about 5 years and found this place close to my house. I needed to get my hair done without traveling so far.
