My hair looks amazing! I was referred here by a friend who has been coming here for years. Nikki cuts hair like a dream, and knows how to cut layers beautifully. I recommend this salon.
DO NOT COME HERE!... Only did one star because I can't leave no stars but HORRIBLE SERVICE .. I'm not the type to leave reviews or actually complain at all but I'm just so devastated on the service and how we went about things after.. I walked in with outgrown blonde hair it's been a few months since I retouched and I wanted to change my look I went in and showed a few pictures of how I wanted my hair I explained I wanted dark brown with red peekaboo .. well if you look at the pictures this is what I got... first of I'm actually going to school for hair and although I'm not a professional yet I know the process of coloring hair.. I got here around 12pm and left at 5pm shouldn't have taken this long ... HENRY is the man that helped me out.. he started off by dying the dark first and like my hair it was outgrown blonde I asked if he was gonna retouch the blonde because it was Uneven he kept telling me he knew what he was doing but he was gonna start to dye my hair red and wasn't gonna re touch/refresh the blonde until I finally complained and ask what he was doing that's not what I wanted why would you just paint over a messed up canvas?? It wasn't even at all it would've looked so bad.. so then I can tell he's upset and started talking with his co worker she helps and lightens the peekaboo I wanted while he started working on a new client.. well after the blonde processed he goes on adds the color I was in the chair for maybe a good 20 minutes and he calls me over to wash my hair it felt as if he was rushing me out well whatever my phone had died so I didn't get to keep track of the time.. I was kinda in a rush because I had already been there for 5 hours and I had dinner reservations at 7pm so I told him I would style my own hair at home fast forward 2 days later the red starts washing off but I finally had my classmates from hair school to look at my hair and everything is just really bad .. I called hair salon owner to explain I obviously don't want him retouching my hair so she offered to give me $100 of my money back.. he charged me $180 for his horrible work and I tipped $30 on top of not knowing what my whole head looked liked I shouldn't have tipped at all .. I just walked in today to pick up the $100 and I actually wanted to talk to him an explain and show what he did he did not wanna hear it and showed me the door out and Rushed me out HE DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE he was very unsympathetic . I don't understand how and why you would ever let someone walk out of your chair like this
Jessica is absolutely amazing..I showed her a picture of what I was looking for and wow, she nailed it. First time she cut my hair and I will be a regular customer from now on!!
I had to cut my own hair and thought my hair was ruined for a long time. I saw all of the great reviews and stopped in here with Hannah and she made my haircut beautiful. She added nice layers and made me confident in my hair again. I absolutely recommend this place!
I love this place. They are so fast and so nice. I love Nicki she always does my hair and I absolutely adore them. I have been going here for my haor some 2016. So happy with the result. :)
I've been coming here for Travis since 2012 and I love it. He's very meticulous with his work, really nice and personable, he will respectfully tell you if he thinks what you asked for might not work for your look/suggest what might work better, and you can tell that he really cares about his customers.
That being said, everyone else seems pretty nice and they have their own regulars so I would assume that they also do good work. I did get a haircut with Ann once (Travis was sick) and it was still great. She's very nice and I was happy enough with my haircut.
The place itself is nice. It's nothing too fancy but they keep it very clean and its not too small.
The prices are very reasonable too.
I would definitely recommend them!
