I went to this nail shop with intentions
on receiving good service. I was sadly
mistaken. I am a minor and was treated
horribly. I was so disturbed to the point I
had to call my parent/guardian because I
felt unsafe. She constantly burned my
fingers with the drill and
pulled/squeezed my hand. I was not
satisfied with my outcome because they
didn't match my reference photo. I asked
if they could be fixed and she yelled at
me. The owner has no type of customer
service skills. I was horrified. I would
give this place O stars but, it's not an
option. She is rude to her employees and
customers. Her employee told me she
has no manners. The owner uses foul
language. I would never return. My nails look like a diy project. Would never recommend!
So I Did something today I never do. I went to a new nail place that I never heard of, and I knew nothing about. Well, I was pleasantly surprised! The people were friendly and very interested in what I wanted. The nails are EXACTLY what I wanted and they did not take long. And to top it off, the price was not on the high end!! VERY PLEASED AND WILL DEFIANTLY BE BACK.
I am so impressed with my manicure and pedicure by a nice girl. She is extremely skilled. The salon is clean and efficient. I will come back!!
I have never had a negative experience.The staff is so friendly and t's easy to relax while sitting in the chair. I can't recommend this salon more. They do a wonderful, thorough job every single time.
I have been coming back in more often once again for fills on my acrylic nails & these guys are the best. They are the sweetest people & very hard working.
