Critical: Quality
They worked me in fast which I appreciate but it seemed like some of the workers didn't want to work. The worker that was next in line didn't want to do my nails cause she said she needed to get her kids but stuck around. Then the gentleman that did my nails did them so fast. I've had dip several times but never had the peeling happen. Just a day after having them done they started peeling. Almost every single nail is like the pictured ones and it has only been 4 days. I wouldn't recommend coming here. I wanted to try a new place but regret wasting my money here.

Four times I had to left without be seeing! Customer service is getting worst and worst. I miss the former owner, RIP! Other thing is that staff doesn't stop talking loud and in foreign language and or interrupt the service to laugh or do other stuff while working in your hands and feet. Is it not suposse to be a spa=relax time for you that you're paying for? I don't know why I wait so long to move to other place, there are really professionals with excellent customer service in our area. No more!
They do a phenomenal job here! My nail tech today was so talented, and the lady that did my pedi a few days was fantastic, too! Love, love, love this nail salon!!

Absolutely unacceptable service! I got here 5 minutes after 9:00, which is what time they open. Only to not sit down & get started untill 9:40. While getting my nails done the guy in chair 4 clearly avoided doing specific steps in my acrylic set because he was rushing. He did not clean/prep the cuticle or push back the cuticle. He also didn’t drill the ledge of the fake tip down to be flush with the nail before applying the acrylic. When I asked why certain steps wasn’t done , he informed me that cuticle prep is an additional charge. The nails are super thin, who know how long they will actually last before breaking bc I asked for a pink acrylic & he used pink dipping powder as acrylic instead. I also was there for a pedicure which was perfect! A different guy did that , he was very good. Done a wonderful job. Over all will not be back for a acrylic set.

My mom & I have been going here together for about 3 years now and we love it. The staff knows us now and knows exactly what we are coming in for. It’s such a nice atmosphere and the staff definitely aims to please. We are regulars and the staff knows that, so the owner of the store will give us occasional free pedicures. LOVE it!!
They are also VERY sanitary, which is a big deal to me!
Each customer gets a small package that the techs use on them, the pack is an individual scrub, files, toe spreaders & the customer gets to take the pack home with them.
I get my nails done every 4 weeks and I absolutely love The people in this place is clean and honest people
