Great selection of products. Store clean and well kept. My only thought or concern is that there were no African American employees or Hispanic employees working the floor. It seems to me that a store that sells products for people of color should be represented by their employees. I had questions about hair extensions and there was an older Asian man helping he seemed knowledgeable however he didn't understand a lot of the questions that I was asking about particulars of the hair how long it will last what products to use that kind of thing. But he was very friendly and very willing to help I just think if it was someone else there more knowledgeable with My type of hair they would have been able to answer questions better. But I did buy the hair that he suggested and I'll see if I'm happy with it. That's the only reason I gave it 3 stars is because I felt like there was no one in the store that represented the people that shop there. I went on a Saturday afternoon, I would assume 1 of their busiest days and there were 3 or 4 Asian men working in the store all older . Not sure who's working there during the week but on the day I went there was no one there that looked like me. But I will say I did not feel pressured and I did not feel like people were watching me as I shopped, like I do in some places. The gentlemen were very friendly and very helpful. He knew the basics about the hair . I will definitely go back and hope to see a better variety of employees there when I go.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. FALSE ADVERTISING. I went in to purchase a wig. I decided on a wig $49.95 but told the clerk I didn’t want the display. She went over to another table to find one packaged but it wasn’t in the color, yet it was similar. She said this one is $89.95 but I can’t let you have it for $49.95. I said okay, then I’ll take the display one for $49.95. She said I don’t think we can give it to you for that price because someone marked it wrong. She said let me ask my manager. He came over and said somebody marked the display wig at the wrong price and he cannot give it to me for that price. I said then that’s false advertisement and then he walked off. The clerk attempted to ask him again and he said no I won’t sell it for $49.95. I told him you are false advertising then. He said sue me. Do not buy from these people. They are liars and they watch you like a hawk when you trying to shop.
Big hair selection but I wasn't pleased with being openly followed & spied on as I walked threw the store. First & probably only time I will visit this location.
I just went into this beauty supply store for the first time in my life today. I read the reviews before even arriving, I really needed hair today and it was the only store in my area that was open today. As soon as I walked in, I was being watched, I asked if they had any red hair; I was told no. I knew that was a lie, I continued to look, look at the boxes find a style/ then find the color. I finally found a lace front I was ok with (I guess) the selection of the wigs aren’t good. You can tell they are all old, I do hair and come from Las Vegas where you are treated so kindly and have so many options in every store. Once I picked the wig, the lady behind the counter who told me they didn’t have red hair was extremely rude to me yelled at me and snatched the box of hair out of my hand to take it to the front cashier. The cashier was a old man who was also rude, ran my chip card wrong, and then told me I couldn’t finish my payment. I told him no please try again. I finally was able to receive what I barely even wanted at this point due to horrible service for no reason. I’m a very sweet person, a very understanding young woman. I work with the public, I love doing hair. I found my experience rude, and disappointing. I definitely won’t be returning to that store ever again. Just doesn’t have to have bad energy, I left upset for no reason.
Would recommend to any woman that wanted a high quality lace front or wig or even tracks for a really discounted price. I never been disappointed by the quality of stock that they've had that I've gotten the ladies that I was with. I would definitely recommend will be shortly coming back myself to buy more product from the store.

I really like this store as far as they have a lot of inventory. Variety of hair colors if u want to put braids in your hair. The only thing is it seem everytime I go there the prices seem to be higher then the previous time. Almost to the point to where I'm looking for a cheaper place to purchase hair for braiding!!
