Our dogs have been coming here for about a couple years now and we have mixed experiences but the bad experiences are too frequent now. I would say about half the time our dogs get groomed the way we ask. I have always asked for face trimming and over numerous visits ever had it done ONCE.

We are often quoted times of four hours however our dogs will be there for over 7 hours, and have NEVER been taken out to use the bathroom. Their bladders are practically bursting when I pick them up. Our dogs have never ever been happier to escape that place and they have never acted like that with any other groomer. The place is complete chaos and the staff are not very friendly.

There are so many other great and reliable groomers in the area. We found Applause for Paws and neither us nor or dogs have ever been happier and cleaner!

They should be put to shame and you should never take your dog here. They have farm animals and everything else inside the store they are cruel and they strangled my dogs leaving their eyes with blood vessels that were broken and due to that. Please never take your animal there.

Do not take your dog here. Even with me confirming over the phone when making appointment and when dropping off that they could handle him requiring patience (he does not like being groomed and can be vocal about it), I get a call LESS than five minutes of dropping him off to pick him back up. Very disappointing that they BARELY tried to give him time to adjust and relax... do not waste your time even trying with this place. They should've not taken the apt or told me when I dropped him off. Huge waste of time.

These people do amazing work. They will love your pet just as much as you do. Friendly staff and amazing atmosphere when dropping pets off.

Parking is an issue because this place is very busy. They handled my Husky. She needed a bath and they called me advising me of her status, which I appreciated. She looked beautiful and ready to go home. What I found inside was an array of farm animals: chickens, cats, dogs and hoomans. I found this to be unusual and fun. The staff was excellent.
