This is such a great nail place. It has such a nice ambience and all the staff there is very nice. My nails turned out so great and I love them so much. If you do decide to go to the nail place, which I highly recommend you need to ask for Ivy. She is such a great nail tech and does her nails with care and precision.
tired of waiting for hours to get my nails done I have an appointment and I have waited up to 4 hours but that is if an American person arrives and they attend to them and one what???? Ladies, perhaps the color of our skin distinguishes us, I cannot believe it and I remind you that we are all migrants here and I hope that you will never be ignored and denigrated as they did with me today…. terrible service
I did not like the employee lady calling me 'Mama', from the second I walked through the door. Lol. Who the heck does that in business?
I also do not like to not be told pricing for suggestions on what to do with my toenails and for me, my toenails are only seen by me, so no, I don't need a $60 pedicure. Lol. The basic one is just fine but it seems that i am only seen as a weird outsider, not wanting anything fancy done on my feet at most nail salons I go to, including this one now. My food industry work also does not allow me to have acrylic finger nails and I do not need to hear a 'story' why I should try acrylic finger nails. My gosh.... ok, sorry but I do not come here for a long sales pitch conversation. The lady did a good, basic job, though. Basic pedicure. No rocked science. The nail polish I picked did not look good, put on once, so I had to pick a different one....as per the employee request because they only put it on once for this regular pedicure. Once and thin and I literally felt that I was seen as 'the cheap' customer, lol ???? The polish I picked was a pink with a silver glitter but it would have probably required two layers. (The employee obviously did not know that).
Not ok,ladies. Not ok. No, I am not a Karen.... I've just been noticing the same behavior in most nail salons for the past 20 years and simply just decided to leave a review now.
Do not call any woman 'mama', unless you know her well and know that she will be flattered if you do. Do not try to upsell $15 to $40 on a basic need, if not asked for by your customer.Who the heck gets a $60 pedicure every week? (Except a very wealthy person. ???? ).
ADDITION: The first pink polish you see in the photo 'shrunk' on the nails, while being put on and she had to get another, different, darker color to put on my toes.
I think they saw my face not too happy because she then decided to put another layer of clear polish on top of the dark one and she said; last better. Ya?
???? WOW. All I wanted was a basic, 20 minute pedicure with the pink polish they had shown me, they had ????
Been going here for almost a year. I make an appointment every time and get seated quickly and leave happy :) my girl at chair #5 is my ????! She kills it and she always makes sure to execute the exact idea I have in mind!
I absolutely love my nails! Every time I go with a design I’d like, they do their best to recreate it and give me exactly what I like. They are very professional and clean, and the owner. I will always recommend this nail salon to my friends because they always do a great job !
I have never had a bad experience at Allure Nails & Spa salon. They always do a fantastic job. Their pedicures are so relaxing and they really take the time to do it right. Staff always make the customers feel welcome.
My 1st time in salon & it was very peaceful especially on a Friday. There was no drama or chaos at all.
Helen did a beautiful job. It's very hard to do short nails & the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be back.
My favorite salon! This salon is very clean and has a great atmosphere! She always does exactly what I ask for perfectly! This is a great salon and I couldn’t recommend it enough. You really do get the excellent quality that you pay for!
