Great customer service????????. However, the service itself is not good. I went there for a blow dry and trim in the summer and that was one of the worst decision I have made for my hair care so far. The stylist did not use any heat protectant despite me requesting it and she put the blowdryer directly on the hair. My hair started to fall out after my first followed wash, now my hair look super unhealthy with short patches everywhere. I guess I chose a bad day to go to her salon.????????♀️
