This place picks and chooses who they like to greet. At least 4 other people were asked if they wanted coffee or wine and they skipped me. They lady that did my nails kept telling me, my nail price about 5 different times when I told her I wanted matte with design and Swarovski diamonds. I felt like they all were stereotyping me because the owner even stop what she was doing to tell me the price in her stank tone of voice. Owner’s Grammar needs some schooling. The entire staff acts uneducated and unprofessional. I will never spend a dime in this ghetto nail place again.
Good prices, Jenny did my pedicure. Cleaned toe nails very well which is like my pet peeve with pedicures. I paid for the $35 pedicure with the extras. Which include like lotion, scrub and slushy. It wasn't something that wowed me but it was cool especially the slushy part. (See attached pic). The refreshments are on point makes you feel pampered. Parking is tricky you have to pay for meter, the earlier the better. I made appointment so wait time was literally 5 mins. I liked that Jenny broke down the prices and made sure we had the agreement of what we are getting done. Nice atmosphere when I went Monday early morning.

My goddaughter had a real beautiful experience today@Albanailsandbeautylounge... she had her nails, hair, eyebrows and makeup all done in one place... What a pleasant convenience... Finally a full service luxury salon in Paterson!❤
I would like to say I love Alba Nail Lounge, Alba has been providing me with excellent service since I started going to her. When I walk in her establishment I feel like a queen & in between them serving customers they make sure I'm comfortable while I wait. Her staff is also very friendly & courteous her salon is for those who enjoy a glamorous experience. I truly see Alba & her staff trying to make sure all their customers enjoy their experiences. Unfortunately we live in a world where some people are never satisfied or they want so much but not willing to invest in their beauty. If you want to feel like a queen or king for the day stop by & experience Alba Nail Lounge for yourself you won't be disappointed.
I have been coming to Alba for two and a half years and I am always happy with my nails. Alba is VERY creative and is a great listener. She works with your ideas and within your budget. I used to have to get my nails done every two weeks. Now, I get my nails done once a month because they last a long time. The salon is clean and the manicurists are nice. Everything and everyone is professional. You will get your monies worth!!!!
The nails came out so beautiful and the girl with the c necklace made them come out really good. She did them in a timely fashion and was really nice. They even let me stay a little bit after they closed and provided very good care for me.
Honestly the best nail salon I have ever been to! The customer service they offer is unheard of. These ladies really make you feel like royalty from the moment you walk in. Goodies are always offered to their clients from the moment they sit down. Alba is amazing and always tries to work with your schedule and when she can’t she’ll find someone to help meet your needs. Her associate Lili is also wonderful! From what I’ve seen each and every one of the ladies that work there take their time to perfect whatever it is they’re servicing their client with. What’s better than being able to do your nails, hair and have a drink at the same time ? So grateful I found this place ! ????
