Was in today. I always get a excellent haircut here. DA BEST
I decided to take a risk coming here and I deeply regret it. Not only did the hairstylist mess up the haircut I asked for, she also dug her clippers into my neck and continued to apply pressure as I pulled away. When I asked to end the cut she wanted me to pay full price for the damage she caused. I tried to negotiate a lower and more fair price for the very few things she got right but she bursted out in anger and cussed me out in her native language. The other hairdresser then stepped in, shoved his phone in my face and took a picture of me (without permission or warning). After they both demanded that I pay full price again, the male hairdresser threaten to call the police. I paid out of pity because I realized that it was a struggling business with many flaws that range from the rude and unprofessional staff to the run down aesthetic (very dirty) that desperately needs work done. I STRONGLY warn anyone that plans or considers walking in here to save themselves the trouble and look elsewhere for individuals that are actually capable and professional enough to perform any service on their hair.
My husband goes to her his haircut here.. the Lady is the worst! She skinned his chin while shaving him!!!! Come on lady this is not the 1st time.. she is the reason I stopped taking my son there.. not recommended at all!
This place gives the most amazing haircuts and coloring! ! I also get my eyebrows done by Mary and she perfectly arches them every time! Have been a long time customer at this place. It is conveniently located in a busy street with plenty of back and side-street parking! I have moved an hour and 15 minutes away and still make it out to see Mary every couple of weeks. Highly recommend!

So this place cut up my neck when I was getting my beard lined up. DO NOT let the lady there cut your hair. The owner argon attempted to say I was being dramatic . The skin on my adams apple has been scraped off. This place is mediocre at best. (WOULD UPLOAD PHOTO IF I COULD).
Honestly I couldn't even rate this a one star. For females they are so over priced with a not so good job. I didn't even get cleaned up all the way after I was done and the Lady cut my eye brow deep. If I could attach pictures I would. For men this place seems good but for ladies. Don't go here. I left out sticky. She put the wax on my lips rather than just around it. And didn't even get all the wax off of me. And also she put some wax in my hair. A very sloppy job. I'm not one to write reviews, let alone bad reviews but I had to write this one. Cause I spent a lot of money and left out looking rather worse than when I came in.
I'm honestly very disappointed. I had called ahead to ask if they're experienced in cutting toddler hair. My daughter is 2.they said they were, Anyways we get there . I sit with my child (which I always do at haircuts) and she sprays water on the top of her head not all of it but ok I'm still giving the benefit of the doubt, she starts cutting not seperating or clipping off hair just blindly cutting..now I'm getting nervous cause I don't see any kind of technique. Before hand I showed the lady a picture of the cute pixie cut I wanted for my baby but im starting to notice its starting to look less and less like the picture and more of a boys haircut. So i ask her to fix it and this lady pulls out CLIPPERS! But again I'm here thinking ok well this place is reviewed at 4 stars so I'm sure she knows what she's doing BIG MISTAKE she shaves past her hairline on the bottom sides and my baby starts to cry so now I'm thinking maybe she cut her a little she's assured me no no she's a baby she's scared it's ok. At this point I'm like ok can I pay and leave this is just all upsetting me already, I come home and to further inspection she completely ruined my daughter's hair. She has pieces of long hair on some parts and shaved past her hairline on the sides and the back is crooked with straggly hairs AND I checked behind her ears and she has big cuts on the top!
This honestly left me so traumatized I know my daughter's hair will grow back but to pay 10 bucks for someone to butcher her haircut and hurt her just made me never want to go back here! Or ever get her haircut again! Im starting to think that the people who give good reviews fel bad for this place or are food friends wktb the owners cause my expirience was just horoble and ive read similar reviews from other people I just wish I had listened to those reviews ????
