Got a pedicure done. The lady doing it was more worried about talking to the other employee(?) sitting in the chair next to me than paying attention to what she was doing. She was barely even looking at me the whole time. Watched a roach crawl across the floor in the middle of it. She cut my nails into extremely uneven and just flat out weird shapes. Will not ever come here again.
So after running around town to try to find an ATM. Because they take cash only. I was able to go in and ask the lady for a pedicure with gel. She walked me over to a stand (while on the phone) and told me to pick a color, I did. The pedicure itself was not bad even with the toes bleeding slightly. I did not get lotion on my legs, but the reason I’m so upset is because I asked for gel. She was on the phone the entire time extremely loud and unprofessional. Once I was finished, keep in mind I am over nine months pregnant about a week overdue. I just wanted to do one nice thing for myself. I gave her a big tip but once I got home every bit of polish was jacked up. She didn’t even use gel, huge waste of money and time. Of course I cried “prego” then tried going back, at 4:40 PM when they should still be open, nobody’s there, nobody answers the phone.
I took my cousin and my sister out expecting to get manicures and pedicures. We arrive and the ladies were very hesitant to even get up to come and see what we wanted. When they did, the told us to pick colors, we did so and they got started and sat my cousin down in the pedicure chair and sat both my sister and I in the manicure sections. When the lady started on my nails, she was very rude and when I asked how much mine would be if I got gel, she raised her voice at me. When she actually started my nails, she began filing too much on the side of my finger nail. It was sore, burning, and slightly bleeding. I let her finish filing, she then began painting and she completely disregarded the nail polish that was all over the sides of my fingers and applied the topcoat. I then followed through and got my pedicure, for one, the water was boiling and for two, during the pedicure, at one point she started poking and scraping my toenails with what felt like the sharpest tool she could find. After everything was done, I was talking to my sister and she said the woman doing her nails was snatching and pulling her fingers the entire time.
First my daughter and I were going to have a pedicure for mother/daughter time. This was our first time at this salon, trying a new experience. When we sat down in the pedicure chairs they were cracked and wore out. We put our feet in the water, it was cold... informed the workers and they did fix it. I should have just walked out. After waiting about 15 mins one lady comes over to work on our toes. She brought one set of pedicure equipment and used it on both of our feet. A roach crawled across the floor during this and I brought it to the woman’s attention, she said not worried and let it keep crawling. After cutting our nails, half of my daughters big toe nail was missing and 2 of my toes were bleeding. This woman was in a huge rush,We were both in pain! Only thing left to do was paint so I figured how could they mess this up??? I told the other woman about my daughters toe nail (which would have been left like that if I wouldn’t have) and she put a fake fingernail on my daughters toenail to fill it in! She went and grabbed a used nail file from her station and used it on my daughter. Then used the same nail file on my toes. Also told her about my toes bleeding and she says, she work around it!! She painted our toes which looked alright by the end. After messing with our toes without washing her hands she went over and started working on another customers fingers! Gross!! After being there for a hour and half, I then asked how much do we owe... she said 100$!! I was floored... normally if I’m paying that much for a pedicure I don’t expect to be worrying if I will be getting and infection after I leave, and I don’t expect to be in pain during the procedure. All in all we should have just got up and left. I do not recommend this place to anyone, they are not sanitary nor do a good job! I was also going to get a mani. But after seeing what I seen I wasn’t letting them touch my hands. I will not be back!
Very expenses charged to take off polish when I paid for full pedi and paid for color. Had to pay to take off my polish plus a fill plus new color $100 for basic cold foot bath with mail trim polish and a fill on my nails.ground my daughter's nails down so thin and they're like paper they won't do anything but Ben even with polish on them My pedicure is so jagged it catches my shoes and socks wish I would have realized how bad they really work cuz I definitely would not have paid them I would have walked out
The woman that did my pedicure was not friendly in any way. She rushed through my pedicure. From the time she started to the time she finished was 16 minutes. There was no foot or leg massage for this so call “Spa Pedicure”. She did not trim my toe nails down, after I asked twice for her to cut them. I could have done a better paint job. This was my first and last time coming to this establishment.
Worst experience ever!!! I went here with my best friend yesterday. I feel like they were in a hurry to get us out of there (in the middle of the day), and they were so rude. I got a fill and my friend got a manicure. My friends gel polish after it was dried looked awful. They were not even fully painted, and there was a VISIBLE fuzz from the brush they used in her polish. My fill and gel costed more than when I got my full set and gel! Also, my nails are uneven and shaped terribly. The woman that did mine literally got up and left the store as soon as she finished without saying a word so I couldn't even ask her to fix them!! DO NOT GO HERE! Unless you just love poor customer service, messed up nails, and bad attitudes.
This place is horrible. My fiancé had never had a pedicure so we went here. What an awful first pedicure experience for him. It is in desperate need of updating, there is a big creepy picture of one of the ladies with I’m guessing her husband, and the pedicure was terrible. They started with scrubbing the top of our feet with brush...what’s that about?...totally rushed through the whole thing. Don’t waste your $ here. We will never go back.
