The quiet little mall is very lively stil as many of the shops have closed down. Peacocks, Home Bargains, a chemist, Poundland, Debra Charity, a sports shop, mobile phone accessories shop, SpecSavers, Greggs, and a pizza joint (what used to be Subway): these stores are doing well.
Now, we really need to get a couple of the other shops open once more to make it busy once again and funnel money into the High Street of Arbroath. I also remember there was a grocery store on the corner so I hope they will put in other shops and restaurants or café in the small mall.
It's in dire need of an injection of cash and most units were empty. The few shops that were there were good. Definitely needs to be reviewed & re-thought.
Kind of a depressing place, but has free parking for 2 hours and a greggs. So the drags the score up a bit. Will they ever fix the revolving doors at the front? It's been years.
It needs more attention from the council to bring more businesses in the area. Encourage further small businesses from surrounding cities to invest in Arbroath.
Needs modernised or flattened. Either one would be a benefit for the town.
Total dump of a place! Got followed by a man in b and m. Smells odd, windows smashed. stay away is my advice.
It was nice but need a freshen up some of the shops looking a bit in need of revamp
Lots of places closing in Arbroath but sad, but got what I needed yesterday so that was good
