This place is wonderful! Everyone is super nice , they’re fast. Soon as me and my daughter walked through the door they seated us. The prices are great. Definitely going back.
They were fantastic. They are easy on your hands and they are nice and the price is decent. Took my daughter to get her nails done and love them.Will be going back!!!
My sister and I went there to get our nails done. I got acrylic nails. I was so disappointed with the results!!! The guy did not file my nails down enough so I had thick acrylic nails and they looked terrible. Also after I took them off…my natural nails are now damaged!!!! I will never go there again! I’ve never had service like this before! I do not recommend!!!!
Stopped in after having a nail break during traveling. The staff were wonderful and service was quick and top notch! If I lived in this area they would be my go to salon!
Once again I have had fantastic service at A+ Pro Nails. This nail shop is still my favorite in the Richmond/Lexington area. I highly recommend to women and men, I am never unimpressed with their work. The staff is always super nice and kind to my nails. My hands were a hot mess when I came in tonight and my nail technician made them look beautiful again. Thank you A+ Pro Nails!
This was my first time getting my nails done in Kentucky & I couldn’t be more happier with the results. I’m extremely satisfied. I’ll definitely be going back!!
The lady that did my daughter's nails was really nice and good but the one that did mine was rushing and acted like they didn't want to be there! And didn't even get up under my nails with filing ! And my thumb nail on the Left hand doesn't match the right had dents in it and the first finger has bubble? For $100 def not worth it I didn't realize it til after and on the interstate I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
The pedicure was so so, not sure if he didn't speak or understand English. I told him my toe nails needed to be cut shorter, no response. I always get gel French and it's also so so, he went straight across instead of the rounded polish so my toes look funny. I'm new to area so I'll try another place next time. They also changed 60.00 when you use your credit card it reccomends tip, it suggested 9.00 minimum he's lucky he got 4.00 since I wasn't happy with the job. Also usually the person slides on your sandals he finished and walked away no thank you no nothing. I tip for service so I'd rate his service as a 1 :)
