I’ve been going to this salon for about a year and a half now, I love how close they are to my house and prices are pretty good but they do not care if you have an appointment or not. You can make an appointment for 5 and you’ll come in and your nail tech just took a new client because they were available despite having an appointment 10 minutes later. It’s annoying and there’s no point in making appointments at this place, you’re better off just walking in where you’ll be attended too immediately. It’s frustrating as a returning client that I have to wait 45 minutes passed my appointment to get my hands and feet done.
I am very disappointed with the service today. I had made an appointment two days ago for today at 4pm. I come in right on time and I waited almost 30 minutes for them to tell me they are behind. I do not understand why no one called me to inform me so that I can come at a later time. They took priority to the customer who walked in and not me who had the appointment. My time was wasted and I left unhappy. I loved this place so much but after today I will not come here again.
Great Salon. Very fine nail technicians and very accommodating with the schedule. Highly recommended.
Forgot to leave a review but i wanted to let people know how my experience with this place went. 8-9 months ago i got my nails done with a lady that did a HORRIBLE JOB! Hated my nails. And a few weeks later when i took off my nails i got fungus. This has been such a horrible experience for me and this fungus has been very hard to treat. I don’t recommend coming to this place unless you’d want to catch fungus.
Dissatisfied and disappointed. I waited for 45 minutes and all three ladies that came after me were served but not me. I was asked every time to wait. One of the ladies pointed out that I was there before her and I still got ignored. Felt humiliated and I walked out without saying anything. I felt small and choking back tears, but I said to myself that this beautiful day of Sunday I should enjoy it. I am that person that last time I tipped $ 13 each technician at this establishment. I gave 2 stars ???? due to prior positive experience at this place.
Worst manicure ever!!!!! Got there she started by showing me the dip color I agreed to like it she just continue to paint…. No filing, no cuticle removal no washing nail , no cleaning nails NOTHING!!! Just color and left my nails and finger full of the dip powder to the point the touch ID on my phone would not work!!!!
I came here 3 weeks ago and had a mani/pedi done by David. To be honest, this is the best manicure i've had my entire life. He recommended gellak because my nails were very weak and constantly breaking. After 21 days (yesterday) my manicure was still intact and the only reason I needed to change my color was because my nails had grown so much that you could already see that one third of the nail was new.
