I went in for the first time today. They took me without an appointment which I liked hopeful to get what I asked which is the picture on the left and ended up with the picture on the right. I was only given gel powder color options when I wanted acrylic only and the color I actuality wanted was regular polish. The guy refused to do the "regular polish" saying its no good. Once I'm all done, I can still see my actual nail on the sides, and was way over charged for this!! I will never be going back here..
I went today for shellac Pedi. The first time I went the owners were nice & friendly. Today both were super rude and as you can see in the picture, he injured the skin around both of my big toes with the dremmel. I won't be back.
Hands down, THE BEST, dip powder polish I have ever gotten. Anna is a true nail artist. My nails have a thin, sleek look. Unlike other places that make them way too thick.
Yes I spent a lot of time in here. I called ahead for an appointment. They were so busy, it was slammed the whole time I was in here. They do their best to try to help everyone. You may have to wait a while for top quality work. So happy I came here. I’ll be back for sure.
Made an appointment for my mom and I. We experienced terrible customer service here, just like the other reviews stated. I got a full set and the shape is crooked the acrylic is uneven and my nails point all different ways. The polish is not even and thin/missing in some spots.Their "coffin" shape is not what I expected and not very flattering. I was charged $70 for a full set and for my moms fill the total was $123. The only thing we did like nail art that was drawn on one nail.
They got us in right on time for our appointment! Nails look great & they did them pretty fast. My only suggestion would be that the customer service lacked slightly. However, it is overall a pretty good salon!

They are the sweetest couple ever! The guy is always saying jokes which made me laugh and made my stay more enjoyable. And they stayed past closing to finish people's nails and pedis. Deff coming back for a refill!
Well first I would like to say we should have read reviews first that would have saved us a trip to this place.
We called she said come at 3:30 so we did first mistake.
There was only 2 people working. 3 others customers she worker said wait there so we did second mistake.
She was rude talking to somebody on the phone the whole time she was doing this lady's nails.
Then she came over looked at our toe nails made a face because we had gel. Did I mention no soaking of feet while waiting. Finally the guy came over to my cousin made rude comments about her feet. We sat watched then be rude when someone would come thru the door.
Then when she did eye browse she sat the chair right next to me almost touching me. The worker had a shield on but she and the person she was working on was almost touching me did I mention there were 4 lady's she sat by me... rude unsafe !
It was the worst place I have ever gone to. Rude, over priced unsafe.
O ya did I say the guy that did my nails told me to wait a little bit he went on his way to another customer Then his Co worker came over lifted my arm on my chair like get out. Rude
