Best nail salon in Loveland! Amy & Nick are so wonderful! The environment is friendly and clean! Nick is very gentle and does amazing nails. Amy is so sweet and does the best nail art! 10/10 recommend!
My daughter and I have been getting our nails done here for the past 9 months and we absolutely love it. Our nails look perfect every time and the staff is so lovely and nice. This is the only place I trust with my nails and I recommend them to everyone!
I want to start by saying the people that work here are incredibly kind and sweet! However, I spent $100 to get my fingers and toes done with shellac (without design) and 1 week and 2 days later they are already peeling off. The nail shape was really inconsistent and some nails look very “goopy.” For how much I ended up having to pay, I’m very disappointed.
This was my first time to this five star nails. I’ve gone to the other one on fall River Drive. Hands-down I love this experience better. They were so friendly and fantastic explaining how dip is different than acrylic. Will definitely go back.
My wife tried this place for the first time yesterday. She loves the paint and hearts. She asked for almond shape and they put chiclet’s on her fingers. My wife does have thin nails, but the nail shouldn’t be as thick as it it long. I couldn’t help but laugh, they look horrible.
***Update***
Went in to get it taken care of, said we were no longer welcome because of this review. They were yelling and screaming at us and told us they weren’t going to do anything to fix them or make it right and to get out. Do not recommend at all!
This is a family owned salon and I really like how much they keep trying to perfect their craft. My latest acrylic experience was better than the last! I love my nails and was treated with care. They have juggled tough times through the pandemic and staff changes and I intend to return. Thank you!
I had the best experience at 5 Star Nails! I went for a manicure and pedicure with hot stone massage on legs and feet. They blended me their own herbal lotion, and used hot towels and warm oil to increase circulation. Everything they used smells great and feels great - I am renewed!
Kam is the best! She is very meticulous and my pedicure will last about 6 weeks. Since I moved to Loveland I've been looking for someone who doesn't just paint my nails but that does a great leg and foot massage too! She is it! I highly recommend ☺️
