I walked in to get service, only 2 people was there already in a chair, the man stated that I should come back. Without even mentioned the time, then I asked him what time he said 4pm.. . There was no one waiting. I just believe he didn't want to do my nails. I don't live in the area. And the race of my skin. Very unprofessional. If you don't want to do nails. Please don't be in the business.

Claim walk-ins welcome but I promise DO NOT bother showing up if you don’t have an appointment. I walked in an asked for a gel color change on my nails and toes, after the two employees went back and forth for a few minutes, they said ok “pick out your color.” There was multiple people that walked in for service while I was there and they turned them away “too busy.” I’ll spare some petty details but after nails were done she said “pay me over here”, I was confused bc I know they heard me originally ask for nails and toes so I just reminded her and she argued with me that I never said anything about my toes and that it didn’t matter bc she doesn’t have time. I left and immediately went some where else to finish the job. That was my first and LAST time visiting that salon.

Love love love my nails ???? Tammy did a wonderful job. I was a walk-in and they were able to get me in and out in just an hour :) highly recommend

Best nail salon ever!!!! These are perfect nails. They look so natural. Staff is very conscientious about making sure the customer is happy!!! Will never go anywhere else!!!!!

I have been a customer for the past 3 years and this is the best salon in TN. Believe me I have tried several other salons in the past and always left disappointed with their service. Tammy is great and so are the rest of the Team. My manicure and pedicures are always perfect. She takes her time, ensures I am comfortable and gives a great foot and hand massage. The salon is very clean, the owner is pleasant, honest respectful and kind. Definitely an A+.

I don't think I've ever given a 1 star review but.... Went for a pedicure and it was the worst Pedi I've ever had. The salon was empty, 3 workers and another lady walked in with me. Don did my Pedi. Didn't allow me to pick a Pedi option. Wanted deluxe and barely got a basic. The massage was less than 1 minute total. And instead of wrapping each leg with a hot towel, he threw one across the front of both my legs. Everything was super rushed and not enjoyable at all. Very disappointing. I've never had a pedicure that wasnt even 20 minutes

My friend and I had our nails done here today. It was our very first time. Amazing experience!! Everyone was SO kind. The place was extremely clean- the cleanest nail salon we have ever been to. The staff was so helpful and gentle with our nails. Our hands now feel SO PRETTY. They were busy but worked us in which was super kind. We will definitely be back and telling friends about this wonderful business. Thank you!
