First time there. The tech I had was good and Quick. We visited and laughed as he put on my simple french tip full set. He was professional. It was an enjoyable experience and I will return to 2000 Nails.
Will not be coming back. My nails are not shaped fully and there was dried monomer on the underneaths of my nails that weren’t filed..
Customer service is next to none right next to Rosys salon! My daughter got a full set of gel nails that look marvelous and I got a pedi which took me on a mini vacation...ooo-la-la... they were so kind. And the best thing is the owner would speak to us ALL IN ENGLISH RESPECTFULLY!! Other salons do not do this. This salon made damn sure we were comfortable and I'm going to make damn sure both my daughter and I come back! Thank you so much for leaving a lasting first impression! Happy customer

I had the lady do mine. $45 for a pedicure. And I wouldn't have been mad but one of the toe nails is leaning to the side. ????????????Only in Omaha dude, only in Omaha

Terrible. Boyfriend and I went in to get our eyebrows waxed. An older lady did them. She put the wax on way too thick, and no hair was removed. She started plucking them.. which is NOT what we went there to get done. (Most places pluck a hair here and there, but she was going overboard). When she was finished, my eyebrows came out different shapes. While doing my boyfriend she did the same thing. She got alcohol in his eye and couldn’t find him a towel to wipe it out. To make matters worse, she asked how I liked his, and when i was honest she got upset. She asked to show her where , so i attempted to point out the multiple hairs still left, and she SMACKED MY HAND AWAY. I told her we were leaving and she started laughing and talking to her boss (Did not know the language). Very very disappointing experience. We have to go somewhere else to get them fixed! Don’t go here! Waste of time and money.
