It was nice I looked around and found what I was looking for .and I let others people's know what I buy in here and they come.
I gave this store a one star because I couldn't give it a zero. Yesterday I purchased some items from this store. When it was time for me to pay for items my chip on my debit card started acting funny. I inserted my card into the machine at least two times before it finally allowed me to make a purchase. When I checked my account this morning, I realized that 2-U Beauty took out two payments. I called the store and a woman answered the phone. She told, me that I could get my money back if I show them proof about the transactions. When I got there I spoke with the woman who I talked to earlier on the phone. She was nice and very polite. She looked at my phone and she told me that I was right about the transactions. However, the owner of the store caught an attitude and got loud with me. She told, me that I was wrong and that I should call my bank because her machine didn't take out an extra payment. Also, she said, that I should wait until next week to see if the machine actually took two payments out of my account. I told her that I spoke with my bank and they told me that two payments came out of my account. After going back and forth with her, she finally decided to give my money back to me. I was so angry after I left that store because the store owner acted like I was trying to scam her. I showed her proof of everything and she still had a nasty attitude with me. After today, I will not buy anything else from this store
The owner was SUPER NICE and will take special orders when she can get that item. Sales sales sales all over the store. I love the makeup selections. You will love it at 3U Beauty also.
Upon entering the empty store there was someone vacuuming and a person at the register. I knew this would be a quick purchase, but I would learn that my money was not welcomed....
I Waited for assistance for the purchase of two wigs. After no one came to the area I took the items attached to the mannequin head where there was some standing at the register. The person at the register acted as if they were busy working on something in front of them. I waited patiently and after walking to the side of the counter to see that this person was not doing anything but just looking down to ignore be I left the items on the counter and exited the building. I'm told this is the only hair store in this area...WOW... If people learned the power of their money she wouldn't be in the area. Wake up!

Friendly staff, good variety of products and great prices. I was very happy to find 2-U Beauty after being unable to find what I wanted at Walmart and Walgreens.
