Very bad customer service. Not even sure if it’s a real business.
I came here on a Sunday only because the open sign on the door was lit up and the black an orange open sign was flipped to open as I walked up to the door with my six month old in a car seat and my 3 1/2-year-old to get his haircut for the first time the door was locked and everybody standing inside just stared at me instead of at least insinuating that they weren’t going to open the door they just let me stand there and look stupid I will not be coming back here and I will not be recommending the
Please do not waste your time adding your name to their waiting list. They only call people they know. Terrible customer service. If you're not a friend of the barbers, you're automatically last to be called. We walked out after watching 4 people get cuts when my son's name was next on the list. Do not come here if you value your time.
Mi hijo saco una cita con su primo. Estuvieron más de 3 hrs. En el lugar, recortaron a mi sobrino y se tuvo que ir pues trabajaba así que mi hijo se quedó y escribió que lo recogiera fui hasta el lugar. Me quede afuera esperando a lo que lo atendía, el barbero hizo el recorte súper rápido como que quería salir de el. Pienso pensaba estaba solo como es menor. Y cuando mi hijo le dio el dinero estoy observando por el cristal. Agarra el dinero y lo tira a un lado. Iba a entrar a reclamar pero mi hijo no me dejó. Además que andaba con mi otro hijo más pequeño. Pero el deseo de volver otro día a decirle que aprendiera y tuviera algo de educación me tenia nerviosa. No lo recomiendo a nadie mal educados poca educación. Aprende a tratar a las personas. ????
Great haircuts, 1st come 1st serve if you dont have an appointment. Can generally wait between 1 and 3 hours to get a haircut. Cash only I believe too.
I won’t go anywhere else to get my haircut and beard trimmed
This place is not 1st class in fact I think is a second rate, mediocre barbershop. First, they don’t know how to clean up the floor. Second, they let people they know go before you even if you have waited there for 2 plus hours. Last, they keep you waiting. They will repeat everything they do. And I have been here for hours. I do not recommend coming here unless you have 2 hours to throw away.
Si no tienes cita no te atienden, y los horarios entre semana están mal siempre están cerrados y cuando hay una persona adentro siempre te dice que no hace cortes que ya acabo su turno
