After going here for years, I have started to look for another spa. There are new techs in this shop. One in particular a female who is very rude. I went in recently, I was sent to her chair. I had polish on my fingers and all around my nail beds. She also cured my polish several times resulting in a horrible finish. I asked for a manager and was told they are on vacation. This female was going off and talking about me. When I pointed it out, one of the techs said she is not talking about you. In fact I knew she was because when she started talking half the techs looks in our direction. I did tell the tech his name is D, that I would not be coming back anymore. He did offer to fix my nails. I did allow him too, but for me it’s the level of customer service.
They are true artists. My wife took them a picture from Pinterest of how she wanted her nails done and did it even better!!! It made me hate how the one lion Pinterest was done. Very reasonable prices as well. Absolutely 5 star experience.
Great salon & doesn't reek of chemical smell. It could be a bit cleaner, with the bathroom door, both sides, was very dirty. Otherwise, a great experience & the nail technician did a perfect pedicure on me.
I got right in after leaving another salon that was closely, with a wait of 45 mins and reeked of chemicals. I'm glad I went to #1 instead! Also, there is no upsale pressure.
First time getting a dip. I was super stressed out when I got there and the staff was friendly and helped me pick something great for an event I was going to. I loved the result and the manicure never chipped even once and I work with my hands frequently. After 3 weeks I removed them but I was still getting compliments like they were fresh. My sister in law loves this place and I have to say I’ll definitely go back if I need another special occasion set or a “treat yo’ self” day! It was way cheaper than I expected for this kind of quality.
Super clean place and really nice staff. They are always trying to help and make your nails the way you want.
I’ve been going to this salon for years and have never had a bad experience! They have always been very professional and friendly. I enjoy going to see them! They take their time and make sure they give you exactly what you want!
They used to be good I don’t know what happened. A waste of money in my opinion. Everything was rushed and it wasn’t busy at all. Very unimpressed. I wouldn’t suggested to go there. I will never return.
My polish started coming off before I left the parking lot. Wasn't quite dry. They fixed it for me.. No problem. People there are very nice and great at what they do.
