This was our first time coming here after years of traveling at least an hour to get our nails done because of some not so great experiences at other nail salons in the area. We used to come here a long time ago before they changed the name. However, we appreciated the organization and cleanliness of the salon. The service was quick with quality.

Worst service I have ever encountered. I asked for deluxe pedicure. Expecting at the least some lotion on my feet and legs. And possibly on my hands. I have had quite a few manicure/pedicures and have always gotten great treatment, until

today. I even had to reach down to the floor and get my own shoes and put them back on. My fingernails still have rough edges. What a ripoff. Never again will I ever visit this place.

Absolutely recommend for where to get your nails done! Truly care about their customer and make you feel very welcome. Awesome nail place.

On Thursday, 12 January 2023, I went to them during my lunch break and get a gel manicure. Later that day 12 January 2023 no less then 12 hours, my polish started to chip. I went back on 13 January to get them fixed. One of the other nail techs were gracious enough to fix them, however the next day, Saturday 14 January, the reminder of the nail polish started to peel. I contacted the salon and asked if I could come back when I return to Orangeburg, SC because I live in Augusta, GA, but work in Orangeburg, SC and we are closed for the weekend and do not return until Tuesday because of the holiday, I was told that if I could come back on Saturday, 14 January or they will have to charge me when I return. I again explained that I do not live in Orangeburg and my ride to them would cost me more to come back to get them fixed. Nonetheless, the lady I spoke to, hung up on me, she was not rude during the call, however she did hang up after I again attempted to inform her that I lived in Augusta, GA that is an hour and a half drive and I won't be back in Orangeburg, SC until after Holiday and that I didn't imagine gel polish chipping or peeling off so soon.

With this being the first time coming back here in years . They are OVERPRICED and don’t do good work . Why do French tip on toes and not use a clear tip if my nail is broken on one toe and you can still see the yellow nail tipped they used . They don’t file , nails are uneven . I understand saying something before leaving but why if I’m already expecting you to do a good job and you expect me to tip you while you charge me $100 to stick my feet in jelly and half way do my toes . This reminded why I stopped going . -100/ 10 DONT RECOMMEND

I highly recommend coming here , my aunt and I had a very good experience getting our gel manicures and jelly pedicures. Our technicians Daniel and Amy were super! They know their stuff and it really showed throughout our service with them. They are passionate about the work they do and it made our visit feel just as it should. Special thanks to Daniel because even though I was the last person to leave the shop, he didn't hurry through my service, so I really appreciate that and he was determined to be sure that I was satisfied with everything. Great job! Daniel and Amy, looking forward to seeing them again!

Literally the worst nail place i’ve ever gone to i asked for a design and they completely butchered it used the wrong color pink i didn’t even ask for i politely asked him to cover the design up and i ended up with this i am literally ashamed of their work for them 0/10 don’t recommend this place!
