My fiance and I both came in together, and had not been here before. It was a pleasant experience, they got us in on time, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back. My hair cut turned out so cute, it's EXACTLY what I wanted. The young lady who cut my hair did a wonderful job, thank you!
Alexis cut my hair and waxed my eyebrows ,shes doing an amazzing Job im never disappointed. Very friendly
I really enjoy the work they do versus the jobs I've had done at some of the other salons in town. I didn't feel like my hair needed a touch up afterwards and my family has been coming here for years. I'd definitely recommend them for their work.
I called zepi's hair salon around 11:00 today and was greeted with a rude staff member. Her tone of voice was disrespectful. She seemed like she could be anywhere else but here. But I dealt with it and made a appointment for 1:30. When I entered and got into the seat. I was now being disrespected in person. I didn't know exactly what I wanted because I'm not a regular for hair places. So she implied that she couldn't cut my hair unless I knew exactly what I wanted. When I told her I didn't care how she cut my hair as long as it looked good. Her attitude became even worse. She decided that she couldn't be bothered to actually do anything with my hair so she just buzz cut it. Not to mention none of the stylists where busy they where just sitting there talking. Not doing a damn thing. I don't recommend this place to anyone and will not be returning. And won't change this review until major changes are made at that excuse of a salon.
Great place! Employees are nice and you can book your appointments before on their Facebook page! My friends, family and I highly recommend this salon and I have ZERO compliments. Alexis, Yenifer, Renee and Gaby are all awesome! ✊????
My husband and boys go here for haircuts all the time. Quick, easy, and affordable! Sometimes the haircuts are good, sometimes they aren’t so good. But, at the end of the day, it’s hair and it grows back.
Good place to get a haircut, the girl got what I wanted done I could tell by her work she was kinda new to this but no big deal. I was pleased with my experience, she was very patient and even dealt with all my nit picking details without a look word attitude anything, haha.
I went to get a cut & color. I called a couple days before asking what the prices for color was and she said they start at 35$. I wanted an ombre blonde on top and brown on bottom. I went in there about 145 and sat there for about 3 hours before i got sat in a chair. Btw there was only 1 person in front of me. 4 oclock comes and she says oh i have an appt thats coming in so i have to do him first...... Im like ok. So i sat in the chair with my hair untouched for another 30 mins. When she finally gets to me she starts dying my hair, after that she says ok we will leave this in for 30 mins then ill wash it out. I waited for 1 hour and 15 mins until she washed the hairdye out of my hair for it to end up looking NOTHING like the picture i showed her. Then the total comes up to 140$!!!!!!!!!! When they told me a couple days before it was only 35 to get color. 10 to get a cut. I did get a trim but she litterally took 30 seconds to trim my hair(not long enough to do a good job obviously). To say the least im VERY dissatisfied to were i when i got home and straightened it to see what it would look like straightened(how i usually do my hair) i was bawling bc of disappointment. First time getting my hair professionally done as an adult & i trusted them to make it look the way i wanted & waited patiently for hours to end up paying 80$ more then i expected and ending up not getting what i wanted.OH & i still had hairdye in my hair when i got home! Smh i will never get my hair done there again. I will be back to get my refund and i will take my money elsewhere!
