It's been many years since I've been here (under a different name) but I've had several friends recommend it so I went back. I believe the man who worked on me was named Gui. He did an excellent job. The following week I took my daughter in for back to school nails and Trang worked on her. She did an excellent job creating what my daughter wanted. I think they are probably far too busy to just walk in so be sure to make an appointment.
1st time here. Was convenient so stopped in before I read reviews. Surprised at the number of negative reviews. From the time I walked in I had a great experience. Doesn’t smell like chemicals, dedicated receptionist, very classy, stylish place. Natalie did my acrylic gel manicure. She was very personable, engaging and paid attention to me rather than conversing with fellow employees in their native tongue like most other places I’ve been. The manicure was excellent, not too rough or hurried and turned out just like I wanted. It will be a drive but worth it as I haven’t found as comfortable place in Smyrna.
This place is terrible. I have been in a few times trying to find someone that I like. Alice is excellent. She does a good job and she is very personable, it is unfortunate that she works in this salon.They are rude and unhelpful. I had an appointment for 9:30am and they changed the appointment without notifying me to 30 minutes earlier and tried to penalize me for showing up late. When I pointed out that their store hours state that they don't open until 9:30am the lady suddenly couldn't understand me. I got my nails done and booked an appointment for 2 weeks later. Two days later I broke a nail and tried to have it repaired. No one would fix my nail because Alice wasn't there. That really confused me because everyone in there does nails why couldn't someone else fix it? Then 2 days before my appointment I realized I wasn't going to make it so I called to cancel and they told me that since I canceled I can no longer get service there. That is just fine, there are A LOT OF NAIL SHOPS IN NASHVILLE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA. Alice should find a different one I would go back to her but I certainly DO NOT recommend Zen Nails!
I looovvveeee this nail salon. Me and my daughter have been going to Tom and Trang since 2016. Totally recommend. They stay busy which tells you they are awesome! I hate when they are not their and I have to select an alternate. I end up right back here. XOXO
From the minute you step inside you feel they have your health a priority. The added covid measures here are wonderful.

Well , there is no timeline. It can take from one hour to several hours for basic service and ura expensive. A simple dip ( no manicure ) and basic pedicure costs me 110$ (tip included )
The best! Hands down. And I’ve been to a lot of nail salons over the years!
