My dip powder nails were extremely thick and I had to continuously file the sides down throughout the week after so they didn’t push my cuticles too far. Also the nail tech who originally did the dip powder didn’t have experience doing it. Another woman had to come over and file down as much as they could and redo them. Still turned out very thick though and one nail popped off within a week and a half.
This place has always been a 5 star experience in terms of my regular spa pedicure. Friendly staff, attentive service, the best!! I look so forward to my monthly visit.
Ive been going to this salon for 6 years. The ladies here are super nice. A great selection of nail colors and fair prices. Also the salon is clean and everyone is masked.
I love this place and have been for many years! It's clean and professional. The ladies are super nice and do an amazing job, always! They always keep the time of your appointment, no waiting. Plus the movies, love the movies. Always a great movie playing on a big screen TV while you get your nails done.
Would not honor gift card given to my girlfriend from her son for 45 dollars Card has no exp date on it
Was given last year before COVID . They said they don’t use them anymore— they should realize that they still need to honor a gift card with no exp date if not stated. Will be talking to manager again and filing a complaint with the BBB if they do not honor her gift card
I did not have a very good experience here. I will start by saying that the clean up and the painting of my pedicure were acceptable, but honestly I can do that at home myself. We had an appointment at 145. We were seated right away (on very uncomfortable benching, I might add) however we had to wait before someone even spoke a word to us. There was one girl just running around constantly and everything seemed very disorganized. The girls doing our pedicure barely responded to us when we said hello and customer service is the worst I have seen in a long time. They basically are moving people as fast as they can for profit. We were in and out within about 20 minutes ???? Customer service at checkout was not any better. My boyfriend and I were disappointed to say the least. That 70$ plus tip could of gone to something better that day.
Although the atmosphere and location is nice, the eyebrow services I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
The eyebrow lady does a decent job but her customer service is terrible and it is not worth the overpriced charges. She waxed AND threaded my eyebrows (charged me for both), when I got up from my chair, I was bleeding from both eyebrows and realized she left a clump of wax on my temples when I got home.
As for customer service, as I sat down on the chair, she asked me right away if I needed my upper lip or anything else done. I politely told her “no” but she asked me 4 / 5 more times and the whole time was telling me the benefits of it. Okay, I get that she does have to sell her services but when a customer has said no 3 times, its only polite to stop. By the 6th time she asked me (towards the end of my service) if I wanted to get my upperlip and face (which I don’t even have a lot of) threaded, I finally said yes and told her to be careful cause I had a small pimple by my chin. She said “okay” but she still threaded across it and it hurt SO much. Then as she did my eyebrows she kept pointing out my blemishes which I am already uncomfortable about. There’s more to this but I think you guys get it.
THE WORST PART: At the end of my service, I was charged $35 and she walks you to the register and STARES YOU DOWN UNTIL YOU LEAVE A TIP (not exaggerating). I don’t have a problem paying $35 for a good wax/thread, but this WAS NOT WORTH IT. You go into a salon wanting to feel pampered, clean and refreshed, but when you’re literally pressured and nagged, it ruins the whole vibe. I have never felt so frustrated and uncomfortable in my life. Never coming back.
Don’t waste your money or time at this salon! They do a horrible job with pedicures! They are careless and only care about your money! Get your money worth at another salon! I got a pedicure from them and they were done in 12 minutes. They didn’t properly facilitate a proper pedicure! I’m so unhappy with them!! Worst nail salon ever!!!
