Went to return some hair and the guy it was fine but the woman said it was not because it was open and their price are higher than any other hair store in Gr.

Great selection and helpful/ knowledgeable staff

Great service by Great people. Very polite and friendly to me despite knowing basically nothing about what I was looking for. They helped me find a great gift for my Wife!

Great selection, really cute clothes and awesome customer service. I love their selections of wigs and plethora of accessories. Everything is also decently priced. The owners son is always helpful and sweet.

They always have very pretty items here.. I always have fun shopping and looking around for fun new things to try. Not a very busy store. I believe this is a 2nd store for the store owners. Lots of variety.

VERY crowded but on my last visit, customer service was great. There were 2 employees who helped me look for what I needed. One of them even offered other types of hair I could get to resemble what I wanted and informed me of the pros and cons with it. I ended up getting what I needed and very pleased.

Friendly helpful staff. Huge selection of beauty products and wigs. They let you try on 3 wigs for free.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I just had an encounter with an older gentleman. I asked him if I could see their wigs, as the door for entry was closed to get back to the wig area. When I asked he said that there was no one else available to help me back there and he couldn’t let me back there. I told him that I only wanted to see them (to compare with my online findings) and I would not be trying anything on. He then responded and just said no, he couldn’t. I went to leave, but because I was confused I shared that I was confused and asked him to explain why I couldn’t go back and see them if I only wanted to look at them and was interested in purchasing. He blatantly ignored me and looked away as if I wasn’t standing 6 ft in front of him. I then asked if he was going to continue to ignore me and why he wasn’t responding. He then raised his voice, and I shared that I was trying to understand when I can return to the store when someone would be available to escort me to the area. He then told me to leave and was extremely discriminatory and rude when I maintained a level tone and was respectful. I will write a review every day if needed, but he was an entitled unempathetic being (not a human) and because of his location I’m sure he feels he can treat anybody any way he sees fit. He does not deserve anyone’s business as he does not respect the humans behind the money he is receiving. I will call the Better Business Bureau and do whatever I can to ensure this person addresses their actions
