They have very attentive ladies, the owner personally did my hair and she was very good at what I asked her to do. I was afraid because I had a horrible experience about a year ago, and I didn't want a repeat of that experience. The owner provided a very nice hair wash, trim, and style! I will definitely go back!

I have been going here for years. Yesenia is very good with hair maintenance and growth. No excessive heat either. I was very pleased to see that she sanitized everything after each client and made it mandatory that every client must wear a mask and gloves! I definitely will continue to stay a loyal client to her.

I’ve been a client of Yesenia’s for about two years now. I’m always getting a blow out and sometimes a trim. Yesenia does a nice job however her communication isn’t good. I stay in Alpharetta which is over an hour from her shop. I contacted Yesenia on today to advise I was coming to get my hair done and she said ok. At 4:39 I texted to let her know I was in route and she never texted back to say no so as per usual I thought she was doing hair. I texted her a few more times and she never responded. I arrive at her shop with two of her employees there and was advised she left at 5. I called Yesenia several times and she ignored me. Her employee comes out the shop and said sorry she not coming and walked off. This isn’t how to treat a long term client. Gas isn’t cheap and to travel this far to be ignored and not get service is unacceptable. I hope she learns a lesson from this and not be so arrogant to think you have so many clients that’s you could careless about one. I’ll be finding a new beautician that would like to have me as a client, who will appreciate me paying and can communicate. I’ve never gotten any discount or anything since being her client either. I was texted at 6:21 to say she apologize she left at 5:45. A apology is fine but doesn’t take care of the fact that I have somewhere to go tomorrow and now have to find another beautician all because the owner, Yesenia couldn’t send a quick text to say don’t come. Ironically she leaves at 5:45 when I was already in Snellville where the shop is located. You think she would’ve told her employees that were still there to do my hair since she had to leave, not at all.

First time here. Stylists were courteous and polite. I look forward to returning soon.

The ladies was very profesional. My hair felt like a million bucks.

I was driving by saw a sign and decided to go in. I haven’t had a Dominican blowout in several years. Typical Dominican hair style routine: shampoo, got a deep conditioner, rollers set, dryer, then final blowout. When I got to Yesenia’s chair she was doing my blowout and trim but stopped and said she wanted to start over. She said she wouldn’t want one of her clients walking out because my scalp was too dry and my hair wouldn’t look good. She wanted to take me back to re-wash and re-condition my scalp and hair. She took me back scrubbed and cleansed it really good. I went back to her chair she did the blowout did a great trim all over and my hair and scalp look great. I appreciate her honesty regarding my scalp and hair. Therefore she’s not just in this for a quick dollar she’s an honest stylist and I couldn’t be happier. Hair and scalp look great! Shop clean, Covid mandates, still very professional. Gracias!

She is very friedly, professional, knowledgeable.

My hair was awful when i walked into the doors of the salon.

I did not know what to do about it, so i gave Mrs Yesenia a shot..

When i left....what a difference!!

It looks shiny, healthy, silky, very soft, and manageable. Im pleased with the way she treated me and did my hair!!

Price is good too based on my hair condition.
