My hair experience was nothing like what I expected. I was very apprehensive when I got there but I know it was my nerves. Once I was able to relax and see the outcome of other clients.. I felt somewhat better. My stylist was amazing! He was very patient & professional. I will definitely go back again and refer someone. 5star status!!!
I asked for a trim and she cut off 5 inches of my hair and gave me a bob cut in the front. It is also such a choppy cut. I’m so sad I just wanted a basic trim before I got engagement photos done. Now I have to postpone the photo shoot by 6 months so that my hair can grow back. The people here were really nice but she clearly did not know what she was doing in terms of hair cutting.
Great service by Bianca, she is an amazing hairstylist. I highly recommend this place, particularly for hair makeover. Totally worth the price.
My hairstyle came out nice, but the trim she cut off way too much, thank god my hair grow back fast.
Terrible experience. I got an appointment for my mom (first time visiting Chicago) for today at 2pm. She went there and checked in, then she made her wait for 20minutes and in the meantime clients were checked in and going straight to get their service done. My mom went to the front again and asked what was the reason for the delay since it was already 2:30pm. They told her “Well we don’t have an appointment for you and we don’t anybody to see you”. Why they had her wait for 30minutes and then told her that? I called several times to make sure that appointment was set and also confirmed the day before. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.
BRUTAL HAIRCUT I swear these people do not have their hair dressing license. My 2 year old could have done a better job at cutting my hair. Stay away from this place
left me looking and feeling beautiful! usually i have yehia cut my hair but his coworkers are nothing to scoff at. i don’t recall the name of my stylist but we had great communication and he was super quick! will be back for my yearly cut. :)
I am extremely disappointed. My appointment got canceled just 2 hours before the service. I was told that her son had ammonia LAST week but instead of canceling the day before she decides to cancel just a couple hours before. Also I was charged a fee on their booking app and there was no service being provided… save your time and money, find a stylist who actually cares for her job and clients.
