A complete salon: Hair, Nails, Pedicares, Waxing. Facials, Great Service. Very Friendly

Got nails and with no help of my own they started falling off whole. They were all off within 3 days. Thats NEVER happened to my nails. Salon did nothing about it. My stylist never even asked me how it went and she was the one who suggested that girl to do it.

Getting my hair done was good for a while until stylist started trying to get me to change my appt time right before my appt just because she had family members coming in to get their hair done at MY appt time that I had set 7 wks before. Or sometimes she was running late and I sat for a long time before she showed up. Then she started forgetting my name and calling me by someone else's name. I thought everything was good and thought she was nice but I don't know why she got this way. I'm not trying to be mean. I always tipped good and I was never late and never canceled. I don't get it. It's not fair so I thought I better do a review. I did find a really great stylist somewhere else.

Ask for Roxanne she very good with color and cuts. She noticed I needed a conditioning to give my hair shine and moisture and pulled my color through the faded areas. My hair looks and feels great.

Wanda has cut my 15yo son, 14yo daughter, and myselves hair and all were perfect!! She takes her time and makes you feel very welcome. I definitely recommend this salon. It's very clean and the hair dressers are all professional.

I travel 45 minutes from Chattanooga to get my hair cut by Shannon because no one can cut my hair as she does. Everytime it's an amazing cut - masterful!

The shop is decorated to make the customer feel right at home. The stylists really listen to your wishes. I've never had a haircut or style that i was disappointed in. In fact I always walk away feeling happy and looking gorgeous.
