Very rude staff, especially by Karen. Literally a Karen. Most people I've spoken to have had bad experiences here too, so I would stay away. I can't speak for the other stylists since each one has their own skill level and personality, but please avoid Karen at all costs. The manager (Crystal) seemed like she had little, to no, empathy either, so maybe they were having a bad day. Either way, I will not be coming back to this location of Xpert Cuts.
I had an excellent experience here. Both stylists greeted me at the door and the stylist that took me was almost off and had somewhere to be herself and didn't make the session feel hurried at all. I was amazed by the level of customer service here and then was even more amazed by the technical skill shown. Definitely visit this place.
4:58pm and I was told I could come back the next day.. the hours are clearly posted that they are open until 7pm...
Update since I cannot reply to xpert cuts comment.. Booked up I do understand... no one in your lobby and then saying they were just "done" for the day are two different things when you have hours posted... I wish I could just be done for my 9 hr work day when I felt done...
Wait time great. Hair turned out well... but it was weird that the hair stylists' own hair were awful, like I doubted going in based on that. Just an FYI. I'll come back.
I really wanted to get my hair a treatment there was only 2 girls working 4 or 5 people waiting she said to come back cause the one girl was going on lunch ,it just seems to me not enough help there,I was disappointed ????
They were open until 7 and I called before hand and they said they weren’t booked up for that night. When I arrived there she said they were booked up and when I went by there again around 6 they were closed early.
I regret bringing my daughter here to receive a short hair cut. We left with tears flowing. Also, witnessing the poor hair cuts provided to the few men that came in was stifling...Listening to the stylist complain about not having enough staff for an hour was excruciating. . . Never going back.
I went in wanting ginger hair and I left with ginger hair! Without bleaching too and my hair was rather dark. All in all good time!Im happy with the results I only wish i could remember the girls name :( she was amazing???? and easy to talk to! 10/10 thank you (girl was young with short red hair)
