These ladies, are fantastic! Anytime I walk in, they are happy, friendly, welcoming and patient and really seem to enjoy their job!
I've only been to this location twice, once on a Saturday & once during the week ~ It's better to go early, if going in on the weekend. As the wait time is not as bad.
Both times, I only got a wash, since my hair is short and it was during the hot Redding summer months.
Both visits were a good experience. But what I thought was really different, is that no matter the tip amount, they seem to be really thankful and grateful, no disappointment in their voices at all. ????
I would definitely return, these ladies make a simple errand, easy and friendly!
I have been going here for 7 years, Jolene and all the girls do a great job. Anytime I’m here and am in a bad mood they always know what to say and I get a great haircut to go with it.

I've received haircut services from veteran and fledgling cosmetologists alike and have never been let down by the quality and speed of my cuts at this lovely establishment.
Sometimes my son and I may have to wait (they get busy at times) but I know these pros are worth the wait.
my husband and i came in for long overdue haircuts and were greeted with so much love and respect. cheyenne cut my hair, she was so kind and professional. michael cut my husband’s hair and he loves it! the whole environment was so positive, everyone was so kind. we walked out happier than we have ever been with a hair cut, our faces hurting from smiling so much, and feeling like we made new friends/hairdressers for life. we will definitely be coming back for cheyenne and michael!!
The guy with the spiked hair is awful. He is rude and doesn’t know how to cut hair. I went in for a wash cut and Style. He said, I DON’T style. So what does he do? Because the cut was terrible. I will never come back. I paid for the cut not because I liked it but because I didn’t want him saying a just wanted it free. It would be nice to her from the manager or owner.
I have used this location multiple times and Cheyenne has cut my hair both times. She is polite and courteous and would recommend her. I’m will be coming back for her to cut my hair again.
This was a great experience! Very friendly, and QUICK! Got shampoo, cut 4 inches off, cut new bangs, partial dry and comb…$28 not including tip! Fine with me! Boyfriend got scissors and buzzer! Clean business and nice setting. Service dog was cute too… We will be back for trim soon.
Crystal was wonderful..... I walked in after many years of piece meal haircuts. My hair was long and I showed her a picture of our wedding... said "need it cut just like that" she looked it over and said "I got this - np" She was right.. My hair looks great... just like in the photo.. Will go back to her always!!!!! Thank you - Crystal!!!
