I received a Groupon for highlights at Xentrik as a gift from my husband for my birthday. I was a bit apprehensive because I typically HATE getting my hair done. It’s kind of like my security
blanket for lack of a better term. As a result, I usually only cut my hair once or twice a year. But Ginni was AWESOME! She was super attentive, thorough, and detailed and made sure I understood what she was going to do to ensure I’d be happy with the outcome. I did ultimately end up paying additional fees outside of the Groupon (toning, root melt, etc.) but it was totally worth every penny. Ginni didn’t just meet my expectations - she went above and beyond and totally CRUSHED it! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend her to anyone needing to freshen up/update their hairstyle. This was, without a doubt, the best salon experience I’ve ever had. GO SEE GINNI! You won’t regret it!!

My experience here was SO amazing. Maria did my first Brazilian wax, and she was so friendly, sweet and patient with me! She explained everything she did and took her time—making sure she did the best job ever. I was SO nervous but she made me feel super comfortable and at ease. I definitely recommend going to this place. I won’t go any place else but Xentrik. 10/10!

Maria did my microneedling and she did a phenomenal job. Throughout the procedure she was explaining everything very thoroughly. Ive had this procedure done at another place and it was so expensive and quick. Maria took her time on my skin and really made sure I would see results which I did ! the next week I had so many compliments on my skin and that's just after 1 time I can't wait to continue to really see the benefits. Forget all those fancy med spas. This is my new go to for skin care !!!!
Ginni is fabulous! 2 months after highlights, cut and Opalex treatment, my cut and color are still looking great. She is a master at getting the perfect blonde tone for your skin. Ginni is the best hair stylist I have seen in years! After the last appointment, my naturally wavy hair (that I normally blow dry straight) was healthy enough to air dry curly. I think that's the result of a great cut and the treatment which did wonders. She is popular so I recommend booking ahead. Can't wait to visit with her again and have her work her magic!
I love this salon! It took me a long time to find a good esthetician ! Maria is wonderful professional and honest and very knowledgeable! I have great results with the procedures she recommended!! I found them on Groupon , but if you call Then they will give you the same deal Groupon is a rip off don’t buy Groupon !! I can’t believe some of the bad reviews I read , no one is perfect but they do their job with passion!ive been going there for almost two years now and I have 0 complains !!
I highly recommend Xentrik. Ginny and Stephanie were absolutely wonderful! I needed a last minute and much needed touch up, I called through a groupon offer. They made room for me and took excellent care of me. Not only did I get a touch up, but Ginny made sure to blend the new color into my old which turned out amazing! I received a conditioning treatment as well as a blow dry and style. Ginny took her time and was very precise on making sure my color was covering everywhere and blending smooth. The attention to detail and care is unbelievable. Thank you, ladies, for a great experience!
I found Maria on Groupon for microneedling. Scheduling the appointment was quick and she was very friendly. When I arrived, I called them and when my room was ready, they let me know I could come in. The only thing I'd say about this process is température checks should be mandatory and taken before entry and all businesses should be giving clean masks upon entry because a lot of people are reusing one time masks. I'd be glad to have my service be a few bucks extra in order to create an even safer environment for all.
Maria was very thorough about going over the procedure and asking me relevant questions. Although microneedling isn't pain-free, her thorough work resulted in an absolutely glowing, smooth skin.
Absolutely will be coming back for future microneedling appointments.
