Poor asked for alcohol free drink they had nothing so if you go there for a party in function room and your having to drive don't bother get a taxi as they have no alcohol free beers I think it bad this day and age. You can do to most pubs and clubs and get drinks that are zero alcohol disappointed good venue other than that
Had my husband's 60th birthday party here.
They supplied the buffet and it was excellent could not have asked for better.

TANFIELD LEA WORKING MEN'S IS IN MY HOME VILLAGE. IT HAS MANY MEMBERS INCLUDING MYSELF IT IS A VERY POPULAR PLACE TO BE IN AND IS VERY COMFORTABLE AND COSY. IT HAS NIGHTS OF ENTERTAINMENT, WHICH IS VERY ENJOYABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. SO IF YOU ARE PASSING, POP IN AND ENJOY YOURSELF.
Great for parties with the big room plus on nice sunny days has a lovely big enclosed garden and drinks are very reasonable ????
This club came to our aid at the last minute when our original venue messed things up big time. A big thank you to tanfield Lea WMC, you were great!
