I have never written a review before but my horrible experience today at Wonders Nails left me no choice. The technician used clear tips making it look especially unnatural, the rhinestones never set properly so there’s divots in the polish, there was glue and dust left on my hands (no lotion rub) and the polish was painted on lopsided. When I showed my nails to the “manager” she refused to refund my money! $55 and 1.5 hours wasted for this BS! The “manager” continued to talk Loudly over me, calling me “baby, sweetie, honey” while giggling the whole time at my displeasure. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I can see I’m not the only person who finds this establishment unsatisfactory. To any potential client reading this: save your money and time, and please go elsewhere!

horrible service. i asked for a certain design but didn’t get what i wanted cus they wanted to “save my money” but yet charged me $60 for plain basic nails and didn’t even do the design i wanted. do better.

I rarely make reviews or comment if the service is poor however this place is absolutely HORRIBLE. They scrubbed my foot too hard so it started bleeding from the callus remover tool. They also did a horrible job on my acrylic nails- they were shaped poorly and thick. While the lady was doing them, I told her they're too thick and the color seems different from my toes. She told me "don't worry, it's the lighting." Turns out, it WASN'T the lighting. I informed the woman at the front who refused to even look at the different colors on my feet and hands. She also did not speak to me and just asked for payment while continuing to look down at her phone. PLEASE look at the image attached. Look at how ugly my hand nails look AND THE DIFFERENT COLORS. Please save your TIME AND MONEY! Do NOT GO HERE....

I started coming to this place in November and haven’t had a bad experience! Just got mine done today for a prom I’m going to be a guest at. Nail tech did an amazing job!

Terrible! Rude and no patience. Nails are okay nothing like what I wanted. I shared a picture they said okay but did what they wanted. Pedicure was terrible too no time to rub my legs and feet. (Best part) very disappointed.

i was trying a new place out and i asked for a full set. i asked nicely if he could fix my point finger he said “your finger is like that” i said i’ve never had it like that where i do them he said “go back to where you do them you don’t have to come here” and he was so rude to me. and glue was all over my fingers. payed 42 and i am going to take them off the minute i get home.

Bernie is probably the best tech here. She is so funny and nice. However, the rest of the workers and especially the receptionist have such an attitude. I came in there super bubbly and excited for a pedicure and that quickly went away. So rude for no reason. We all go through things but being nice costs nothing. The nail tech did a great job on my pedicure though.

Went to get a pedicure for the first time since 2019. I can't believe I waited this long. It definitely felt a lot better than doing it myself. And don't forget the massage chairs! Maybe that's why I have all these knots in my back. Ugh! I've completely forgotten how relaxed I felt leaving those massage chairs. My overall experience has been good. I definitely intend to integrate this in my monthly ritual, once again. I will only suggest the assistant apply more pressure when massaging my feet.
