I started shopping here when they were very small, with one $1 jewelry wall in the early 2000’s. It has gone down the more this store expands. Bruce the owner is always kind but the ladies at the register are so unprofessional it makes me sick to my stomach. Super unkind, very rude and cold. Unhelpful. Will rush you or ignore you. Every. Time. I stopped coming here in 2017-and recently visited when I was in a SUPER PINCH last week. Wrong move. Nothing has changed, just has gotten worse. No respect for OUR communities dollar. No respect at all to our community. No matter how much I am in need, I will not be going back here. I hate being watched/followed when I shop. You will get stalked here. Bruce over at sunshine beauty knows how to treat their customers, and so does Coco beauty. Skip this headache.
They’re absolutely amazing! I love the owners! They’re kind, considerate and will help you with all of your needs! And besides, they have everything in the store you could ever want! I love to shop there! I’m a loyal customer! They’re like my extended family!

Large Size store with multiple options. Owners focus on cleanliness as they were consistently sweeping, wiping down items. Staff was friendly and helped find multiple items.
Knowingly stealing money and endangering people. They sold me a defective clipper blade that ripped hair from someone's head, gave them a bald spot, and caused them to bleed. I tried to exchange the blade, but the older woman told me to come back Monday. I came back 3 times and they kept turning me away, and then said that they it was my fault that they won't take it back because I ripped the packaging and they wouldn't be able to sell it again. Even though I told them that the blade was ripping hair out of people head they were still going to sell it again. They told me that they didn't care, stole my money, then bamed me
Just know, they do not have a Store Policy/Terms And Conditions that show there is no return policy. I bought hair trimmers and come to find out, they were used already, and I wasn't able to return them for my money back. When I tried to return the Trimmers, I was shown a "Flash Card" that stated there was no return policy. I asked to read over the Return Policy and come to find out they don't have a legit document! This Is not a legit hair store, they are stealing money from Americans.
Called to let them know their system was hacked!! Suddenly they couldnt speak english, be very careful with your credit cards here
The staff is awesome ! Especially Danielle who has worked there for years ! The owners are annoying ! They watch your every move especially if your (of course)African American ! Or if you have kids ! They talk to your kids as if they belong to them. When viewing products especially wigs they don’t even give you space where you feel comfortable browsing . I love coming here due to the amount of products I find and of course the staff but the owners especially the woman it’s a bit too much ! While shopping I don’t need someone breathing down my back !
I really like the owners and staff. They are always helpful when I come there. This pass Saturday I came to the store, I was actually crunch for time because I had somewhere to be and could not spend as much time looking for hair like I normally do which I really do regret. I'm almost certain the owner may not have known the true quality of the hair I purchased. My husband and I brought the Laflare unprocessed Brazilian virgin Remy lace front wig. The hair looked like really good quality.The next day I bleached the knots and washed the hair. After letting in air dry I notice shedding and the hair didn't feel the same. I have to constantly brush it because it gets tangled. Last year I purchased a very good quality 360 wig that literary last me a whole year so with that be said I know what good quality hair suppose to look like and I know how to take care of it. I brought the hair on Saturday and today is only Wednesday and I know this hair should not feel like this. It's not to the point that it can't be worn, I just know for a fact it's not the quality I was told it was. No one that pays over $300 should have to worry about the quality not being what it's suppose to be. Maybe I just got a bad batch. Like I say I really love this store and the staff and I would hope that the owner wouldn't sell bad quality hair if she knew it wasn't good. I will still continue to shop at this store but I would NEVER buy their "human" hair again.
