Used to be a good takeaway, but has become one of the slowest in the whole of Kilmarnock. At least others will tell you that there is a waiting time, but after an hour, (and them calling me back to ask if I was still waiting) and finding out that my order hadn't even been started, well, this is the last time I will be using them. Nearly two hours for a simple order on a night that they weren't particularly busy. Will find a new one to order from!

Good food but what a pain in the neck attempting to call to order. Never open at the time advertised and when you call them the phone rings out. Lost count of the times I’ve ended up calling elsewhere and it’s a shame because the food here is great.
Like last week which i thought might have been a one off. Had to wait over an hour in shop. Then salt and chilli chicken wings were raw in middle. I understand they are busy so why not employ help to alleviate this problem. Been going there for years but dont think i will again.
Great food, good value and friendly staff. Delivers but only if you call them direct, not on just eat or any of those sites. Oh and its closed on Tuesdays.
