Incredibly friendly staff and some of the best food in Stafford! I have never been disappointed by anything from the Windmill Fish Bar. The food is always outstanding. Fresh, hot and great value. Truly run with the customer in mind and willing to bend over backwards in the name of good service!
Visited at lunchtime today for the first time and wasn't disappointed. All was cooked fresh to order and the bater on the sausage was so light and tasty. The lovely lady owner even provided a sample of her mini fish bites which were delicious.
We would definitely visit again and certainly recommend .
After trying the Windmill Fish Bar a few months ago, it has now become our favourite chippy in the whole of Stafford. The best cod and chips we've had in a long time. Highly recommended.
I would just like to say how much me and my wife once again very much enjoyed our food from the windmill fish bar.
We have lived in Doxey for 3 months, and been there every week , and never had a bad meal, service very good, staff friendly.
So I highly recommend the fish bar, give it a visit, and you will see what I mean.
This chip shop is fantastic everything is freshly cooked and the lady behind the counter is lovely! Fish is best around in my opinion and I'm very hard to please. Great. (red van ????)
Had fish & chips for my tea tonight. The fish was absolutely gorgeous so fresh & the batter is lovely & thin. Kivvy is a lovely lady, so pleasant. Her food is first class.
Chips were Lovely and fresh, crispy but fluffy on inside. Fish was pretty special, batter was amazing and the flakes were nice and big. I’d come back every time I’m in Stafford just for the fish.
Me and my partner have just moved into the area so wanted to try out a chippy, considering we’re not a bit chippy fan, we won’t need to try no others now as this was lovely.The conversation was great, very chatty and friendly, made us feel welcomed. Food was lovely, we were surprised to see it was all cooked fresh (usually chippys we go everything is under heated lamps for hours) so was piping hot still by the time we got home (please allow this may take some time so if you’re in a rush take this into consideration) but the curry sauce was the best we’ve both ever had. Would recommend to many. Thank you!
