My wife was so pleased with this establishment that she has pestered me to write this review. She absolutely loved the customer service, and said these were the nicest people to ever do her nails. This is a picture from our wedding.

I absolutely would recommend this place!. The guy who did my nails was super nice and made sure everything was satisfactory. Very nice environment and my nails came out amazing!!

Really big selection of dip manicure colours. She made them nice and thin and evened out the shape from a prior application at another salon. Definitely will be back.

Went in to have my acrylics removed. I've done this before and if you ask for another service they don't charge you for the take off or they only charge $5.

She said cost to take off was 15

One of the fellas sat down to take them off, I asked him how much it would be if we did a shellac manicure and he said $29.

I asked him if it was 29 out the door and he said yes, and I said well if I'm already spending 15 might as well just do that and pay the 30. He looked right at me and agreed, so he clearly heard what I said. When I went to pay he said it was 39. So I said you told me 29 and the lady spoke in and said that was wrong and it was 39. I was told a different price before he started. She legit started to get angry and tried to fight me about it. I told her that I was mislead on his price and that it wasn't right. She started to get more worked up. And I told her to stop trying to argue with me about it, I was mislead on price when I asked him. I said it's fine I'll pay the bill and I won't be back and I'll write a review so here ya go ???? this was not a professional way to handle this situation, she could of reacted completely differently. She really got super worked up and continued to try to keep the argument going. I won't be going back ????????????‍♀️

The technician was not well trained, not cautious about clipping cuticles, snipped too deep several times, causing pain. Not cautious about filing just the nail. Did not adequately address calluses. He scrubbed at my instep, which is tender, and it hurt, while not using the scrubber on the calluses on my heels. It was an unpleasant experience and my cuticles still hurt.

Went in for a pedicure yesterday afternoon and got an older gentleman who first off we could not communicate because he didn’t understand anything I said. Had to literally bend over and shake my head and hand to stop him scrubbing THE TOP Of my feet with a hard bristle brush?? Ouch, and had to do it again when he worked on the other foot!! Took out hot towel and stones that he just went up once and down once on my legs? Why bother? Put ONE coat of paint on my toes and moved the plexiglass and lifted the chair arm. I don’t know if you have to take classes like nail techs, but I’m pretty sure this guy has no training for pedicures. In fact when I went to pay, a tall thin man, I told him the pedicure was very bad. He smiled and told me to Have nice day… not sure if he understood me either????‍♀️
