The best gym in the area! All employees very helpful. Best personal trainers in the south! Excellent prices. Clean up to date equipment. Smoothie bar! Massage therapist! Yoga! And child care. What more could you ask for! Oh and great tanning beds!

Incredible and extremely knowledgeable staff, great equipment, laid back atmosphere, open and not confined at all. The guy working in the supplement shop/shake bar was incredibly helpful and knows what he's talking about. All around great experience

Coming from Colorado I was psyched to see such a complete gym. Great equipment...some of my old favorites and large dumbell racks. 180lbs!! Maybe 20 years ago...lol. The gym and equipment are clean, and the bathrooms don't stink. My only dislike is the massage chairs. Hydro massage chairs are much nicer, but a bit pricey.
