This store is small crowded and not well maintained. My husband picked up a nail clipper. I warned him not to buy it. It broke before he was able to use it.

My cashier was not friendly at all. However, there was this one cashier helping someone else with her prescription that was amazing.

Great selection of fine wine and spirits. Always have a good suggestion to offer.

Way too tight in there. Whenever someone comes near you, you have to duck into the aisle to let them pass. We did find what we were looking for so that is a plus.

Great pharmacy and the best place in Montauk for souvenir clothing, accessories and home goods.

Picked up a prescription by candlelight (actually three LED flashlights)--temporary power outage. Glad that the Pharmacy stayed open.

This is the only pharmacy in Montauk so there isn't much room for choices. They are ill equipped to handle a busy day and the pharmacist is obviously overwhelmed because he is extremely rude. Next choice is CVS in East Hampton which is far away and not much better. Montauk doesn't need a new restaurant it needs a new pharmacy.

The staff was VERY rude and unhelpful. We came to Montauk for a week and my boyfriend split his toe open. We were lucky to receive a prescription to help prevent infection. When we went to go pick it up, my boyfriend and I were waiting on the line with a group of friends. Everyone was buying something from the store. We were all standing in our socially distanced yellow squares on the floor. The “owner” who was an older lady, disrespectfully came up to our group and said there was too many of us and people needed to leave even though we were ALL buying something. I was with my boyfriend buying him wound bandages while he was getting his medicine. The owner came up to me and tried telling me I had to wait outside. I told her I was buying bandages and I’m with my boyfriend. She continued to tell me this is why there are problems with the world because people like me don’t listen. I don’t see what the problem was if I was clearly buying something. On our way out, she spoke under her breath by the door saying our group isn’t welcome. I told her “we were all buying something, we all had masks on and were following social distance protocols” she turned around and immediately said “you better watch your mouth” I was APPALLED. Who talks like that? You’re the owner and this is how you act? I told her if she wanted me to wait outside than she should of have made other people and their group wait outside and she tried telling me they were, but when I turned around to see the other people, I was like “where are they then?” And she stopped talking and went inside. I will never return back to whites. This situation was completely uncalled for, if you want to implement an organized social distanced plan, you should have someone waiting outside of the store door to tell them right then and there to wait there turn to come inside. Absolutely 0 respect and I will not tolerate they way these workers acted. They shouldn’t even be working there and this owner should NOT be an owner.

Shameful place.

We had a prescription filled for our child, they didn't even put a dosing syringe in the sealed bag. They get a lot of money from insurance, aren't they ashamed? They didn't even bother telling us. Children are small and need precise dosage! That is harmful for a pharmacist to do so.

Besides the pharmacist, a woman that works there (runs it?) seems to be plain hostile. I had no time to focus on this at the time, as just wanted to leave the place asap as it looked dirty and I had my kid with, but I keep wondering what provokes hostility. No one gives her that right.
