Got my wedding nails done here. It was my first time at this salon and they exceeded my expectations. Super friendly and clean! Would 100% recommend
To start with good they took my daughter on time appointment was at 5:30. As my daughter is only 15 I wait for her. She texted me about 45 minutes in and the tech had only taken the polish off. She got an acrylic refill that took two hours. She was done at closing at 7:30. I have never in my 20+ years of getting nails had a refill take two hours and charged an extra $5 for long nails- they’re not really very long.
Michelle is the best!!! I’ve been going for over a year now and I always leave happy! My nails are always perfect. You will not regret coming here!!!
My daughter was a Walked in today.
She needed a full set of acrylic done ($25.00 posted).
I asked for Michelle since she is highly recommend per the reviews. Almost immediately she was seen by Michelle.
My daughter picked out the polish out of the book she told her to pick from and showed Michelle a picture of what she wanted done.
Not once did Michelle say anything about the polish was a different price and she say didn't say that the length was going to cost more.
It was about 45 minutes and she was done. I go to pay and the bill is $45.00.
Had I not asked for a military discount she wouldn't have offered a card that has to be filled in before receiving a discount.
Businesses should be completely upfront on their prices.

Totally in love with this place????. Nails came out so pretty, and the service was definitely worth it. My nails lady Kim did her thing and her positive vibe was everything. My first time ever going there and will definitely be going back. They have gained a new customer ;).
I wish I could leave 0 stars ! I was truly disappointed at the service I received. I’ve come here a few times but my last service was just poorly done. I received a acrylic gel refill here last Tuesday but by Friday, my nails were breaking at the tips. I was down 4 nails in two days. It was ridiculous. I called Friday for a repair and they told me to come in late the next day. Unfortunately, that didn’t work. I had to come in Monday and by then I was down 5 nails. The staff member I spoke to was very unprofessional and really didn’t schedule a time. She told me come between 2-3p. I asked them if this would be free of charge and the lady was hesitant to give me a response. It seemed very odd that I would have to pay for a repair when they did a poor job. When I initially got my refill, I told the nail tech that my natural nails were growing long underneath and asked if I should get a new set. She reassured me that she would make the refill thicker so they wouldn’t break but they broke anyway. So, when I arrive for my repair they were very rude and unprofessional. The nail tech who did my nails originally was being serviced by another nail tech. They made me wait until she was done. They asked me to show my nails and then proceeded to tell me I had to too many colors and they wouldn’t know where to find them. They started yelling at me to find the colors myself which was absurd because the lady hand picked those colors last time. I wasn’t able to find all the colors so one of the nails techs told me they can’t do that design and you have to choose one color for my repair. I was extremely upset at this point. I thought that was unfair because when you choose a 5 color design, you’re charged extra! So, I would be getting a repair for less than what I paid for. I was not agreeable to that so I told them I would like them to just take the nails off instead. They said okay. The nail tech offered a manicure to “clean them up” and I agreed. However, when I was done, they made me pay for the manicure ! I thought this was absolutely ridiculous and unfair because for the poorly done refill I received, I paid $50! When it only lasted two days and they refused to honor my original design. I don’t understand why I wasn’t offered a credit to my next service or a refund for at least the refill. They were so unprofessional about this experience even though I was the one who had poorly done nails and had to get them taken off. My manicure is horrendous. I didn’t even get the refill so they got money for a service I didn’t have on for long. I really want my money back for the refill and manicure.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! First impression, the entire staff was so nice, welcoming and friendly. The location is very clean and tools and stations were visibly sanitary. Michelle did my dip manicure and I can easily say this is the best manicure I’ve gotten while living in Marlton! I tried 2 other nail salons prior to finding White Lotus and I will certainly be returning to White Lotus. Michelle was super personable and very nice! She was very gentle and provided me with phenomenal service. Pricing was definitely reasonable! I highly recommend trying this location and I can’t wait for my Halloween manicure!
It was first time there and I absolutely loved it! The staff are so friendly and welcoming! I went in with an idea and got exactly what I wanted! The place is also very clean and nice. I will definitely go back.
