I've been searching for a nail tech for a few years now, with no luck. I traveled to OC and LA area and still no luck. I found this gem in a hidden location, so why not? Thank you Vee I'm in love with my nails and not too expensive ($35 for the fill) for these long lengthy gel nails. I happy and satisfied returning customer here...???? Picture does not capture how the beauty.

Job and she refused to fix my nails. All she was worried was me sending her the money. When you own a business you should be able to do the work you are in business for. Why should I pay for something I’m not happy. Will never be going back again!!!!
It's been years since I had my nails done. Wanted to give this place a shot. This lady was giving me bad vibes from the very beginning. My nails came out crooked and uneven I wanted them to have a more natural rounded look and she gave me attitude because I didn't like the pointy square look. I wanted a design also but she never bothered to ask me questions of what I wanted and then before I knew it, she was done. I told her you didn't ask me if I wanted color or design and again attitude she then said she can add to it but by then I just wanted to leave because of how uncomfortable she made me feel. I felt like she was trying to rush to get it over with even though I went early in the morning and nobody else was waiting in line to be next.. I'M NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE.
I usually never leave reviews but I had to today. I always came here because of how my nails were done and the affordable prices but now this place has gotten expensive and not so good. I originally planned on getting French tips (no design) but ended up getting a simple color (again NO design) bc it was a lower price. I noticed one of my nails was crooked, I told 2 different workers but they managed to make it worse. On top of that they basically dug into the side of my nails which hurt and cut me. I notice the nails on my right hand are crooked/ slanted. Another time before, I got my nails done with a flower decal and within ONE week. A nail was already breaking and the decal was already coming off and I paid $75 for that ???? Not sure what’s going on but seems I’ll have to find a different place sadly.
They do great work and have good customer service when they want too. It’s NOT always when they have these things and I think it’s important. They get mad for example If your supposed to wash your hands without soap and for people who don’t know it for some reason doesn’t help when applying nail polish. Anyways, they start grabbing your hand tighter and they have such an attitude For real. Take it a step back please, this place would be great if everyone were nicer.
I went in to get my weekly fill for my nails the lady I go with was not there so I just waited for another women which was a bad idea. I do not like the end results of my nails it was very sloppy, first off the nail polish is very streaky, there are noticeable patches of where the women apply layers of nail polish. On my left thumb the nail is thicker then the right one half of my actual nail bed is exposed on the left, and the lady did not bother to fix it just a little bit.There is little pieces of lint embed on a couple of my nails.I just got my nails refilled YESTERDAY and there are already little bubbles forming on them. I noticed the lady wanted to get my nails done quickly as possible which is very rude..I don't mind a fast pace but at least make my nails look good.. for the price I pay for them which was 50$..
Overpriced for the service they provided. If you srent getting gel, forhet about getting a good polish. The ladies here are all in a rush and with an attitude. My daughter got acrylic, they looked nice in the front, but once you turn the nails, they are thick and full of acrylic. Will never ever come here again.
First n last time coming here. Too long of a wait n not worth it. Nails r uneven n clumpy. My daughter can paint nails better than them. The lady would look up at me with an attitude when I would tell her to fill in the nail polish. I would go back n ask them to fix them but from the reviews it looks like they only give discounts n I'm not trying fight any one n end up in jail so I rather not. If anyone knows of a good nail salon please lmk :)
