(Disclaimer: I am not some mid-aged Karen who complains about every little thing.) I am a 20 year old college kid who has been to several nail salons and am fine with the bare minimum, but couldn't even get that here. I had a lady who did my pedicure that cut down so much to where I bled and had to verbally let her know how much pain I was in. She also proceeded getting frustrated with me because I wasn't soaking my hands over the water how she wanted me to. She kept talking under her breathe and although I didn't know what she was saying, there was nobody she could be talking to near her. So, I know it couldn't have been positive towards me. She clearly was angry or in a bad mood but continued to let it out on me to the point at which I had tears streaming from my eyes. It wasn't until then that she realized how upset I was. (Granted, finally a nice man who I believe to be the manager came out but never apologized, however he did give me a new lady whom did my manicure next and she did a fine job.) BUT WAIT IT GETS BETTER. I still had to pay full price with my total in $130. This place isn't even good enough to pay that kind of money. (Side note: They don't offer acrylic nails.... never been to a nail salon that doesn't have that as an option?)

Walked in and staff seemed really stressed out. It did not seem that busy and I had a reservation but maybe they were understaffed. The woman who did my nails was rushing and not focused. She was filing so aggressively she cut both of my pinkies and they were bleeding profusely (pics were taken 3.5 hours later). My nails are lumpy and uneven. Also color did not match the example but maybe that was my bad. Overall not a horrible experience but unpleasant. However, the price was reasonable.

I was satisfied with my visit. I came for a mani pedi. Before I came here I spent significant time trying to find a nail salon that could take walk ins or even had a menu of listed services. West End Nail Bar met this criteria which is more than I can say for the handful of other places in the area I tried to go before coming here. Complimentary mimosa and nice leg massage helps!

Tried to resolve it but it just didn’t work.

Came back to get a gel manicure fixed that began lifting the day after my appointment. I recently began gel manicures again.

I was sad to notice my nails were lifting when it snagged on a piece of my hair as I ran my fingers through.

I called immediately to inform them of this issue and was advised she would “file and add a top coat”.

Well this is what happens when you try to put a bandage over a bullet wound huh?

Really didn’t want to leave a negative review which is why I gave the nail bar a chance first.

I’m honestly afraid to go back and spend money only to end up with the same outcome.

Glad I live in the city area b/c there are so many other places to choose from.

All good things must come to an end.

Horrible service, do not know how to do pedicure or manicure. Simple things like making a good shape of a nail is a huge thing to ask. For this service too expensive

Very nice staff, friendly and accommodating. Comfortable massage chairs for pedicure service and a large bar used for manicure service. They also have a large selection of colors to choose from. I love the service and have chosen this location out of several others I have visited my go to location for pedicures.

I had such a great experience! Jackson did a fantastic job on my gel pedicure and dip-powder manicure. I came an hour before my scheduled appointment and they were able to accommodate me, which I really appreciated. Though they were busy, they didn't rush or sacrifice quality of services. The salon was so clean and sanitary. Awesome selection of colors and wide array of services. Free parking in the garage was also awesome. Will certainly be back!
