West Coast Groomers Pet Hotel & Daycare

I'll start with, if I could use all the stars in the sky to rate this company I would, they only allow 5. This will be a lengthy review, Sorry for that, but I have 3 large dogs to break down in this review. I moved to Florida April '22. I brought down 2 of my dogs the end of May.(all are Husky mix) one Mama Caiya 4yr old and her daughter Daisy 1 1/2yrs. They have always been country dogs, and pretty much still are. Camping and some trips into town are all they've known. They've gone to groomers, just a couple times. Caiya is quite sure EVERYBODY loves her, very easy going. (When I found out all the dogs hang out with each other during the grooming and the doggy day care process. I was still a little nervous.)Daughter Daisy is definitely a little more leary of pretty much everything/everybody. I took them together to get groomed, Caiya did great, other than shes an escape artist.. Daisy did snap at Robert, she was nervous getting her nails filed. He handled it perfectly and they got done. I took them in today for their 2nd appointment, with my daughter's high anxiety pup (sister/daughter to ones in this review, she will do her own 5star review) In the car I had to leave Bandit(3yrs) dad/dog hubby to these girls.(Only been here a week.)Why? Well because after he had pups (with wifey in this review) he became aggressive and would snap at, lunge for, bite or at least heavy growl and bark at anyone new. The owner, Robert asked to meet him. I warned him of Bandits behavior. We went outside, He talked to Bandit through the window. I took him out of vehicle, Robert took the leash and coaxed him to walk around with him, totally out of my site. I have to say when they came back around and Robert had all appendages intact, I was relieved. He offered to do his nails. I shook my head like this guy is nuts, but sure. He took my very solid no less than 80lb anti social "BABY" inside confidently. Trimmed his nails filed them and even cleaned up his hairy paws. No muzzle. Bandit waited inside with me while the girls were getting finished. Daisy, our sweetest little girl at home, again snipped over her nails, again handled professionally. Robert, A glutton for punishment I can only assume at this point asked if I wanted bandit bathed. Heck yeah, you fine with losing a finger or two?His wife and even a couple other groomers were able to take over finishing him up. I will attach pictures. I truly wanted to cry when he was all done! Because during the whole scenario, I was STRESSED OUT! This is a dog that we truly thought would never get to be able to go out in the real world again. Today we have been proven wrong! There is so much more I could say, but I'm sure you're tired of reading my novel. I can't thank Robert and his amazing crew enough for making my pups clean and beautiful and for taking the time to show my mean 'ol boy love and patience! ????❤️

I just had my dog, Jesse, groomed here this morning and I am in awe! He has never looked so good, felt so soft, or smelled so nice! I absolutely recommend West Coast Groomers as it was hands down the best grooming (and most reasonable price for one) Jesse has ever had. I will absolutely bring him back again and again!!!

I have been bringing my furchild here and I'm very happy with the service. They always do a great job, is so great to have them near my house too.

Robert and staff are the best of the best. Always greeted warmly and the fact that they let all the animals free roam and play while they are waiting for their turn is a testament to how they’ll treat your furry family member. Fair prices and very clean! They’re the only groomers in town I trust my dogs with!

I take my two standard poodles and they are so amazing with my pups. They look gorgeous, smell gorgeous and also have a great play date. As long as all get along they are not caged which I love. Would highly recommend. Thank you Robert and your great team!

Robert is wonderful and so are all of the rest of the gang! From shampoo to the final snip snip our puppies always look amazing and have so much fun mingling with the other pups! Thank you guys, we love ya'll!!

I was afraid to take my Morkies because they’re nervous Nellys. I’ve taken them to other places and they do an ok job or don’t follow my specific instructions. When I walked in I was greeted with a friendly hello, asked what my puppies needed and they offered different options. I’m sure they gave the groomer a hard time but it was obvious they were gentle and great with the dogs. They did a really great job. Very happy with their service.

Great place great people, my new 4 month old lab puppy Teddy just stopped by for a nail trimming and spent a couple hrs playing with the other dogs and getting bathed. He loved it, always nice when we go there it cant be beat
