Horrible experience..... That manager needs to be FIRED!! I've never in my career managing in restaurants, yelled at and spoke to my employees like garbage!! Just because the one lady was trying to bag and get ice and do orders, she wasn't ""FAST ENOUGH "" I stood in front of the counter then going at it...... Very unprofessional... I wish I got a video but my Burger was made wrong after I ordered it then waited. Then when the manager yelled at the cook, he finished my Burger then waved it towards me like I took it him being really mean and sassy....... not ok!!! Tea was sour, pib and rootbeer were needing changed. Very poor run wards. Very disappointed. I felt bad for the lady working counter...... I hate I can't add the pictures!!!!!
I asked for a hamburger with out lettuce & Pickles did not know they put a handful of onions & half container of mustard on there burgers or I would have told them no onions and very light on there mustard plus the middle of there meat was still very pink so I refused 2 eat it when I got back 2 my granddaughters rent house will never go there ever again.
Very clean with friendly service. It was our first time to eat here at this location, and we enjoyed it. We will be back when we are in the area.
This location is one of the cleanest and fastest I've been to.Always plenty of staff and my order is always correct and cooked perfectly ,...And of course you can't beat a good old fashioned root beer float made with wards homemade root beer!
The food was Absolutely terrible. As I sat in my truck at the window 2 people tried to enter the restaurant. The dinning room was already closed at 8:30 They proceeded to walk through the drive thru to place an order. My food sat on the counter while the the girl working the drive thru with a look like she could care less about being there took the peoples order that walked through the drive thru. 4 min later I got my food went home and un wrapped the garbage. Bottom bun on my burger was kind of tough. My wife ordered the chicken fillet sandwich and it was chicken tenders on a bun, not a fillet. Other times at this location have been much better experiences. But this particular trip was a little disappointing and out of the ordinary.
Service was good. Fries were good. Burger was ok burger patty was very small.
