Best PlaceJuice Reviews

I went to the cafe to give my 9 month old his lunch, he was eating happily, then the woman staff came over to me and said you can't feed your baby here this is a cafe for people to eat i said "my son has his own food and is not crying and disturbing others" and she said "if you want to feed your baby then go home". I found the woman to be extremely rude and i will not be going back there again
Horrible rudest staff I have ever encountered. I went into there to work, quite happy to buy a pot of tea, some lunch, sit there with a nice view and I was told I was not allowed to do that even though there was someone else working on another table who had not ordered anything! Such a shame as it's in such a lovely garden with a nice view but the staff have no experience with customer service.
Best most relaxing cafe I’ve been to, the staff are straightforward but funny which was entertaining. Lovely garden view especially in sun, highly recommended to everyone.
Like going back to the 1950's. Old classical music, fake flowers, white table cloth a shrine to the Queen n prince Philip. Coffee was small for £3 but good. I had full English which had the smallest cheapest sausages known to man. Very cheap cutlery and chipped plates doesn't fit the high price of £10.20 for full English n coffee
Thank you for beautiful surroundings and delicious breakfast
Ideal place to eat away from the hustle and bustle of the High Street. Nice and relaxed atmosphere and you aren't rushed to eat your meal, I was there for two hours today. Portion sizes are good, and excellent value for money as well. Ideal for lunch or just for a cup of coffee.
Very nice spot to relax for a few minutes. The staff are very very friendly ???? The counter lady is very special she could get a job in one of the best eating house's in London.
It’s a shame to complain but in the interests of positive feedback this place needs to sort its portion control out £8.30 for omelette and chips - only 8 chips on the plate is more than unreasonable- when I mentioned it to the waitress she replied you don’t need more than that !

Quick Facts About Wallington Garden Cafe

Wallington Garden Cafe has a mix of strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. One strength that is consistently mentioned is the beautiful surroundings. Customers appreciate the lovely garden view and the relaxed atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the High Street. Additionally, the cafe is described as a relaxing and ideal place for lunch or a cup of coffee. Customers also appreciate the fact that they are not rushed to eat their meals and are able to spend a significant amount of time at the cafe.
Another strength mentioned is the friendliness of the staff. While there are a few negative comments about staff behavior, overall the staff is described as friendly and special. Customers appreciate the straightforward and funny nature of the staff, finding it entertaining. This contributes to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
In terms of weaknesses, the most significant one is the issue with customer service. Multiple comments mention rude and unhelpful staff members. One customer was told that they couldn't feed their baby at the cafe, despite the fact that the baby was quiet and not disturbing others. Another customer was refused the opportunity to work at the cafe, even though someone else was allowed to do so without ordering anything. These instances of poor customer service suggest a lack of experience and professionalism from the staff.
There is also a comment about the cafe feeling outdated and old-fashioned. The presence of classical music, fake flowers, and a shrine to the Queen and Prince Philip give the impression that the cafe is stuck in the past. Additionally, the customer mentions that the coffee and sausages were of low quality and the cutlery and plates were cheap and chipped. These issues suggest a lack of attention to detail and quality control.
Finally, there is a complaint about portion sizes and value for money. One customer mentions that they received only 8 chips with their omelette and found this to be unreasonable for the price they paid. When they brought it up with the waitress, they were told that they didn't need more. This lack of responsiveness to customer feedback suggests a disregard for customer satisfaction.
In conclusion, Wallington Garden Cafe has strengths in its beautiful surroundings, relaxed atmosphere, and friendly staff. However, it also has weaknesses in terms of poor customer service, outdated decor, low-quality food and utensils, and lack of responsiveness to customer feedback. These weaknesses detract from the overall experience at the cafe and may deter customers from returning.
